Update On Two Tobaccos ("super" flavoring review)

I'd say It's been roughly or quite close to a month since I mixed up these two.

"Real Cigg" aka tobacco Additive tastes nothing at all like a smoke or even tobacco. It has a rather gross sweet background that I have never tasted in any cigarette I had when I smoked. A big old thumbs down from me. Your tastes buds may differ. I stand by the notion if you expect anything to actually resemble a cigarette here just skip the flavor.

Parler- Same as above. They taste the same. It's like the same flavoring with different labels. I cannot taste a difference.

Fruity Goodness

Grape- Hasn't been bad. However at a low % it tastes good but then you may feel you need more. The only issue I have with grape is when you try to add more flavoring it starts to taste off with a strange background note. At about 4% for me with something like PA grape at around 10% and 2-3% menthol I really do like it a lot.

Strawberry- If you don't hold a high bar for a strawberry flavor you may like it. I'm not impressed at all. To me it got worse as it aged. Capella strawberry flavoring ruined me. Nothing compares to it. If you looooove capella sweet strawberry save your money and pass this one. Way too artificial/fake tasting. I don't think "Oh that's strawberry!" when I vape it.

Blackberry & Cherry--- Both pretty good and both pretty much taste exactly the same. Blackberry it's good but does it reeeeeaally taste anything like a blackberry? Kinda sorta not really. The same can be said of the Cherry which is why it is a considered a cherry rarity that it doesn't have a cough drop taste... because its not a true cherry to begin with. Basically if you have one already you most likley are not missing out without the other. Very very similar.

Just my opinion. I get I'm being harsh I just feel pretty ripped off over this hype. Maybe 2 flavors I genuinely like out of 7? I just don't feel like I won here. Yes you don't have to use as much. If you don't like the taste then it really doesn't matter how awesome it is that you use less flavoring.

I hear you on that sweetish underlying taste that many of the fruits seem to have. We have talked about that all throughout this thread. I too have only found a handful of the fruits that I truly like and I have talked about that many times. I do not feel ripped off or misled though. Just like with buying premixed juice from vendors, it is a known risk that we take when we buy flavorings. What some love, others will hate and that is the way it is with everything really.

Some of the most loved and 'hyped" juice from vendors is horrible IMO. We never really know that until we buy it and try it for ourselves.

Is it tank friendly?

The FW Ecto? I am not sure. I have the polypropylene tanks made from the same plastic as syringes and have been able to vape all fruits in them. Since Bocephus posted what he did about the Ecto, I have not tried it in a tank lol

You guys should see my computer desk! I used every bottle I had and mixed up complete single flavors of the new ones I was sent by Sdh and FranC plus some I had on hand that are good mixers, and now I must have about 50 bottles sitting here! I've been doing teensy custom mixes by adding flavors to a very tall condom (that sounds so wrong!) that perfectly fills my cartos. Like for example, right now I am vaping a sort of lemon meringue that I made by filling the condom with a little less than half lemon sicily, a few drops of bavarian creme about a quarter marshmallow, a drop of sweetener, a quick stir with a toothpick, and slowly insert my carto, battery (screw side) down, and let it sit a few to absorb it. If I like it, it's easy to transfer the proportions to a bottle, if not, I can still tweak it with the next shot. When I started, I was just dripping onto a bridgeless atomizer, but since I had a pretty good idea of what flavors I like, I decided to use a shorty carto and try to do flavor "families". Like after I did the lemon meringue I vaped it until the flavor was getting low but before it burned, blew it out onto a paper towel as best as I could, and did a mix with 3/4 lemon, a few drops of doublemint, a few drops of ginseng, and a few drops of ethyl malto, and almost to the top with lime zinger. This time, I put a drip tip on the carto so I could get the fluid all the way up without overlowing, and will pull it out and repeat a couple of times to even out the flavor since I am using the same carto. I know it would be more accurate to use a new one, but I ain't rich! Besides, you'd be quite surprised how much flavor change you get, even the first time. If in doubt, do it again. If there is residual flavor, sometime it even gives you new ideas! It isn't perfect for sure, but I've been having a LOT of fun with it! If I'm going to make a drastic flavor change, I'll use a new carto. Or, if it wouldn't clash too badly with what I plan on trying next... say in this case I'm going to want to mix with pineapple...I vape a carto of straight pineapple first to get the flavor true, and then mix with it next. I could keep busy doing this for years! What I really like about it is that it eliminates the trepidation I usually feel when anticipating combining flavors. If a mix falls flat, even 5 mls is a bummer cuz you never know what to do with it! Do you mess with it to try to improve it, potentially wasting even more, or do you just get rid of it? Or do as I do...set it aside for when you get desperate (when you know you will never be THAT desperate,) therefore just wasting a bottle and space, etc... sigh. LOL. This way, I never have to worry about that! Just makes it a lot more fun for me.
Besides, with all the fiddling and finagling it kept me busy and my mind off of the analogs. So this is the 4th day without them!!! Yee haaa!

The recipe was surprisingly easy and delicious for the drink I mentioned a few pages back. This is a drink Hubby made me using creme de banana, creme de cacao, coffee liquour, and milk. I made some last night, and it yummy, even better today. Hubby says it tastes exactly like our drink.

I used all ECX FE flavors. I knew it would be really good because I knew how all of the flavors tasted alone, so I made a good sized bottle. Here's what I did. It's so good I can't even describe it. :) I know it looks heavy on the banana, but the coffee and chocolate are strong, and I didn't want the banana to be buried.

30ml base
18 drops banana
6 drops coffee
6 drops chocolate
6 drops cream
EM to taste

Absolutely. I understand it's taking a risk. Where I feel ripped off is when what are suppose to be different flavors have little to absolutely no variance at all between them. I can see myself using the Cherry and Blackberry. It is not that they are bad at all, just they taste to me very close to exactly the same. Just a heads up to others to be forewarned.
