I have the Vape Wizard, bitter wizard and just received tart and sour from ecigexpress today. I'm going to play around with all 3 of them this weekend. A few people have already done some comparison testing lemon juice vs. tart and sour vs bitter wizard etc. with interesting results. On some fruit type and bakery type juices both the tart and sour and the lemon juice made significant improvements but the tart and sour has been making the biggest difference on more of the juices. I think this had more to do with the tart and sour having both "citric and malic acids" in it that more properly balanced the PH. The percentages on the vinegar and lemon juice were 2-3 drops/5ml. I'm thinking of trying the same with the MTS/bitter W/T&S.
Tart and sour? I never saw that! Please let us know how it is.

Has nobody tried the Granny Smith?

Hi All. a while back there were some questions about some flavors listed under fruit express on ECX but when googled sounded more like chinese cigarettes, it was kind of confusing. Does anyone remember this or have any idea where I can find it?

There's one listed under Fruit Express, called Zhongnanhai, that has turned out to be one of my favorites. If you like the TE MLB (or VZ Realcig), this is one that's worth checking out. I'd have a hard time describing any differences between the two (not much really), but it's a nice little variation on MLB.

I never had much luck with fruit flavors until I started using lemon juice and lately most of them have been very good. I just used the "Tart and Sour" on Loranns watermelon and VZ super concentrated blueberry and both turned out pretty good, especially the blueberry. I have the granny smith apple and just used it at 3% on an applewood type recipe and it turned out really good. Other flavors used were TPA hazlenut, CAP Caramel, CAP marshmello, tobacco absolute with EM, a drop of seedmans cigarette flavor and 2 drops apple cider vinegar. This one might be a keeper, im going to try a couple more like this but substitute the apple with black cherry on one of them and maple on the other. I just did one with a drop of hickory smoke but too early to tell anything yet. Ive never used the hickory smoke before so I just put in one drop on 10ml to see what it does.

Anybody have any thoughts on the ECX Captain?

I have seen good reviews on Captain here. This is one of them.

@toweknee. I never thought I would like fruit flavors until I tried the Apricot and Grape. I use them as add ins but they do add a nice touch to tobacco and cigar flavors. My latest love is black n milk and Captain. I have to mix allot of flavors this week. I am sending a friend some flavors to try.

I wonder if we can get ecx to start carrying Nature flavors? I think I will ask. The only one I am interested in is the Kona type. I obtained a free sample from a FB contest and was in love with it. However, that was premixed. :) and a very measly 3mL sample.

I tried at a mix of 50/50 and 80/20. The 50/50 version I added some tob additive. The 80/20 mix with 3% was the best version. It taste like a light pipe tobacco with a hint of vanilla. I think it is better than the french pipe flavor. The captain is additive to me.

So... Finally got French Pipe, Cohiba, Real Cig and B&H. Its a huge thread, anyone care to help me out and share notes on how much (% or drops per 10ml) flavoring to use?

For me I like 3% to start. I use 80/20 mix. I remember measuring the drops once upon a time. I think it was 32 or 33 drops per mL. However, drop sizes can offer variations. I did start off by using 1 drop per mL and that seemed to work well.

Maybe some other users can chime in as well. :)

Charlie mix anything new lately??

Actually Fran, I have! Every time I watch the grandkids for an extended period of time my son and DIY always feel compelled to toss me a few bucks, despite my protests, they know I vape and have no income, so they persist. And I am weak! LOL!!! But since I will refuse money for watching the kids, they tell me it's for cooking even though I love doing that too. Mind games!
Anyway... I had to get some nicotine and VG/PG from Wizard, so while I was there I got some flavors too since they are only $1.49 for 8ml. They are mostly TFA, but I can always find a few I want, plus some were just plain used up like juicy peach, black cherry, caramel candy, sweetener, bavarian creme, honey, and chai tea.
New ones: Papaya, guava, nectarine (gift) apricot(LO), green tea, lychee, vanilla cupcake, clove, acetyl pyrazine (fun?), black currant, kiwi double, raisin, quince, and...rose candy...if I can't vape it I can make rose water with it!
So, did I need all those? Absolutely NOT! But I wanted them obviously! Apparently I can never have enough! With all the flavors I was given it should have been enough forever! But alas, my curiosity gets the best of me! Oh, and did I mention a while back my SIL was so proud of me for quitting smoking she got me some Capellas? LOL Yep, six of em! Yeah I i tell you cuz I remember somebody saying they weren't crazy about the lemon meringue. (Which I kinda do like by the way...with a little xtra lemon sicily added). I am an insatiable flavor addict, but it sure beats cigarettes I guess! And I've already got a mental list of other flavors I NEED to try!!! LOL I need a flavor tranquilizer or something!!!
You'd crack up Fran if you could see my stash. I got a bunch of bottles off of E-bay all 20ml, and I've been mixing each flavor separately and labeling it with an actual label maker so they look all nice and uniform sitting in their tray. Every time I get a streak of ambition it grows a little. So I haven't done anything creative lately, just mixing up individual flavors, but that will come later, and that is the part I really enjoy. I've been doing it on a very limited basis like a tall condom's worth at a time (that sounds horrible!) which is perfect for a short carto when I'm in that mood. LOL, many moods here! So that's my story for now. Waaaaay more info than you wanted!!! LOL! Can you tell I am enthusiastic about it?
