How much caramel did you add to the irish cream? I can tell this one needs to step for at least a week. Dripped some today and it was a bit weak, IC mixed at 8% .

If you went 8% IC then I would go 4% caramel. If you want to bump up the caramel then you need to do it in porportion to the IC. Just keep a 2/1 ratio. I also add a few drops of fresh cream to mine.
