I tried the Black Perique and it's not my cup of tea. It's not bad but not good enough to buy again. I have to try my essence cuba soon.

yea this is a tricky one but works well with other tobaccos really well. Havent tried it solo though but I know so far Latakia is def not my cup of tea.

Got a questions as well. When you come up with a mix you love all by yourself do you share that recipe? Or do you keep it to yourself as a pat on the back for coming up with it from the hard work of experimenting?

I'd go for it. I bet both flavors would be perfect together. Let me know how it comes out man. My Wife needs a new flavor. She has been vaping FA apple pie for a week now. That's a first.

if I get them and they like them cheesecake and raspberry just isn't my cup of tea lol

LOL I hear you man. I can vape non tobaccos for a few hours tops ! Then I go back to my Hangsen. I seem to get more satisfaction from them. Who knows what's in them. Alkaloids? Maybe or maybe not. But I do feel better. That's for sure !

If you ever had Dekang a few years back. They taste like it. But with a richer tobacco flavor. They are made with real tobacco. It seems to be a VG extraction. The longer it steeps the better they taste. As for analog taste similarities, try the cig brands. I love the Turkish Blend for the richness. I have some steeping, and it's driving me nuts waiting.

never tried any dekang. Hey jimi remember a while back you said you mixed something up that tasted like the old candy that had a caramel ring with a vanilla center in it I was wondering what you mixed and the % of each

I see capella also makes a new york cheesecake I may need to try that one

The capella cheesecake is really good. I stayed on it for about 3 weeks straight when i first got into DIY b/c all of my other stuff sucked so bad. I'm about 90% tobacco types now and just stray away to mix things up a bit. I have almost all of the capellas (went nuts ordering stuff a few months back) but just use them occasionally as flavor notes now.
