Hello guys, been reading around. Can I know if there is any difference in using unflavoured pg + flavoring versus flavored pg only. Of course vg will be in the mix.

Say mix is 50/50 pg vg:
Flavoured PG means for 10% flavouring, you top up 40% plain PG and mix 50% VG

Non PG Flavouring I guess at 10% flavouring you'd have 90%/2 = 45% of plain PG n 45% VG(?)

At 2 or more flavours just total the percentage and top up plain PG accordingly.

firstly add vg and pg shake them well and steep until u cant see anymore white dots(not tiny bubble) when the white dots is gone, shake and steep again until no more visible white dots usullay take 3 to 4 days..
then add nicotine(ur choice) sweetener(ur choice) menthol(ur choice) and add acid tricid if u wanna make fruity flavour..shake well and steep for 2weeks..lastly u add flavouring extracts..shake well and quick steep for 15mins then normal steep for 1-2weeks..thank u very much

So I'm experimenting with 10ml bottle.

1. Vg 60%, green tea 30%, peach 10%

2. Vg 60%, green apple 20%, peach 20%

3. Vg 60%, mango 20%, grape 20%

After 3 nights, I just tried no 2. Can smell the green apple. Once I vape on it, it gives like a cooling sensation in my throat. Is this normal? Lol

Should be normal due to the nature of the flavour. You have peach and green apple. Both are refreshing fruity flavour. Which brand of flavouring you use?

Flavours I got are from redman konnyaku.
Taste wise, it's very very mild, almost close to bland. Or is this because I only left it for a short period of time? Either way, going to try adding sweetener maybe and see how it goes
I've tried similar recipe as with your no.2 .. only that I get very muted and "woody" taste. in fact, it's 40% green apple konnyaku. if I decrease the vg to 50%, the flavour was a little more pronounced.

Anyone encounter problems with importing tfa sweetener?
It's fine I do it all the time.

I only vape 2 DIY recipes for the past 2 years. Total only 5 flavors. So I buy the 4oz bottles, and it'll last me a year probably.

Alright. Realised that plastic bottles suck at steeping juices. And that I've probably steeped too long that the flavours are all muted.

Just did a DIY in attempt to get a flavourful feel on AJ Vape Mango and Blackcurrant.. instead of sweet Mango flavoring I used TPA Philippines Mango and TPA Blackcurrant (8%;6% respectively) with TPA Koolada 2% and Sweetener at 3%. Feels nice without too much overpowering sweetness. Probably might want to increase the Mango to 10% while Blackcurrant down to 4% to bring out the Mango sweetness further.

1. Philippines MangoCurrant
10% TPA Philippines Mango
4 ~ 5% TPA Blackcurrant
2% TPA Koolada
3% TPA Sweetener

Note: Not as sweet as the famed liquid from our northern neighbours. Inch up or down depending on your preference on the Mango sweetness. Blackcurrant seems to be able to mute out the Mango taste. If you like to pack a sweet cooling punch, go for the Koolada or even menthol with Sweetener. For fuller body, might want to consider adding TPA Cotton Candy

2. Toasted Candy
4% FW Toasted Marshmallow
3% TPA Cotton Candy

Note: Smoky and sweet. It feels like sitting by a campfire and toasting all too familiar marshmallows. Smokiness not too overwhelming. Cotton Candy helps to give another layer of undertone to score the flavourful combination of the tasty treats.

3. Juicy Mango
3% TPA Sweetener
6% TPA Juicy Peach
1% TPA Koolada
9% TPA Philippines Mango

Note: Mouth watering from both fruits.. giving a full bodied flavour with not too much of lingering sweetness. Koolada adds a hint of refreshing feel to give a nice sensation of having an iced fruit tea.

4. Summer Gummy
4% FA Summer Clouds
7% TPA Gummy Candy

Note: Brings a floral pitch with hints of peaches. A sour punch with the familiar Gummy bears adds another punchy note to this flavor!

I was going on the cheap and decided to recycle some of the plastic bottles previously used for the ejuices. Realized that some of the DIY juices tasted weird.. not only muted, but a distinctive taste of chemicals ^&@#$%(&@$

Once i switched to glass bottles, all is fine. And i try to let the samples steep no more than 1 week. Except for cakes/ creams flavours, of course.

What's the magic? You decide for yourself..

ive tried making juice using bakeking.. i tell you they taste awesome!

the key is letting them steep a long time..
i had a first batch that tasted like crap so i just stored them in my bupboard and occasionally rinsed them in warm water... about 2 weeks later the flavours just kept pourin out when i vaped!
ive tried bakeking, starbrand and lorann ..all is good, but starbrand i dont like very much
