I just went thru and looked at this thread. Please keep it on topic and pertaining to DIY recipes. If you have a question about the recipe or ingredients, that is fine, but if you want a sample of something that someone has made, PM them for it, please. It is to easy to lose the recipes mixed in with all the chit chat.

Thanks bunches!

Not sure if this is off topic or not, Just an FYI for my fellow diy'ers!

I just tried PA "Koolada" it is not a flavoring but more of an enhancer and adds some decent throat hit to your recipes without adding flavor!

That's exactly what this thread is for. Thanks for the heads up on that.

Tasty Finger

I had never tried this and got some in PIF. I don't think it's anything other than chocolate, butter, and toffee. Butter makes any of the chocolates more, well, buttery and smooth.

I need to do some R&D for an exact recipe (sorry, haven't done that yet).

For a 5ml test, you could start with some plain choc eliq, add a few drops of your fave choc flavor to kick it up, 4 drops butter from your favorite vendor and for the toffee I'd use LorAnn's starting at 5 drops.

Again, sorry this isn't an exact recipe but I know this flavor is popular so thought I'd post my thoughts.

I think I heard somewhere that TF has a little bit of graham cracker in it. Might try a drop of that if you have some.

Possibly. It would be extremely subtle though. If it does have this ingredient, it's one of those that adds to the overall flavor rather than being prominent. If your taste buds are shot, you'd probably never note it.

This isn't actually DIY, but more of tip. Keep a box of baby wipes handy when you are mixing or splitting juices. They are great for cleaning your hands and the bottles if you spill anything.

I use unscented babywipes for all my mixing...get the cheap ones at wallyworld....and i dry them out and they are great for using as dry wipes too.

Easy Peasy CandyCane Recipes

I constantly vape candycane in one of my devices. It's my all day vape..and this is a very easy way to make it.

TastyVapor Peppermint Eliquid
Add splendex or any sweetner

I add alot of sweetener to my peppermint...and sometimes i add a splash of tastyvapor spearmint to the mix. Another tip is : Their peppermint is so strong, you can just purchase the doubler and add your own nic juice to it as well, then sweetner.

Sometimes i make my own peppermint with PA flavoring..its very good...mix it strong ( 20 percent to your unflavored) then add sweetener.

Isn't Tasty Finger supposed to be a vape of butter fingers, butterfingers has coconut in it...that might make the difference.Never mind wrong candy bar

for 0mg RY4, this is my recipe!
for 5ml

5 Drops or 30% of your favorite tobacco flavor
4 Drops or 30% caramel
3 Drops or 20% vanilla
3 Drops or 20% bavarian creme

BASE total of 62 drops
37 Drops or 60% VG
25 Drops or 40% PG

If you want nicotine that is up to you, but I love it without.

Cherry Limeade (like Sonic)

5ml 0mg

Champagne 6 drops
Cherry 2 drops
Lime 4 drops
Lemon 3 drops

BASE: 30pg = 19 drops
70vg = 43 drops

i have a stupid question: y does every1 always post as drops and not ratios etc?

y don't ppl list their recipes this way: (i'll use 1 of my recipes that i hadn't thought was even worth posting because it's too simple - just so u could see what i mean)

my cream soda:
5% VG (at 50% VG or more it'd be rootbeer float)
20% flavoring
5/8 tasty puff root beer
3/8 tasty puff vanilla

see? now it's put in a way that it could be added to any nic content and be made in any size

is there a reason it's not done this way that i simply don't understand?

I can only speak for myself but I don't work with % in a diy recipe because I am almost always adding 2 more drops of this or that until I get the desired taste. I have a word document, when I start a recipe I write down whatever I add into it. If I add a little more I keep changing it until I feel like I have it right. and to be honest, percentages confuse me. unless of course somethings on sale, then I know exactly how much it is!:)
