Where did you find instructions? I'm flying totally blond right now with my opus 200 :/

Thanks.
Typo?

With your mod unlocked (5x click fire) and Power Locked (hold up and down), press the up or down button twice and it will show your profiles. Press up or down to scroll thru your profiles. It will time out of profile mode after 8 sec idle time or if you press fire.

I hope people buying this VTbox200 realise that they're buying a really bulky mod, even if it has a 1800mah lipo. The mod is TWICE the size of the HanaV200.

is it really that big though? I mean the hana V200 is pretty much the size of the V4 which is not that much thicker than a 18650 from what I have seen. so maybe its about the size of a sigelei 150?

It's hard to tell precisely how it would look in anyone's hand, I don't know what this persons hand is but there's a few pictures like vapecige vtbox200 - Google Search on google images.

So guys, how do we go about making our own custom screens? I see vaping bad has a nice sexy one! Which program are we using to create them? Is there a thread or something containing other user made ones?

Looking at the picture there the only reason it looks thick is cos those white panels which look a couple mm each. Although it might be chunky it should be solid being made from an aluminium exterior and light weight too. If those panels weren't there it wouldn't be so thick. I'd rather it be large and have a big battery but that's me. Others opinions are welcome to be different and variety is good. They should all perform the same roughly as they all will have the same chip at the end of the day. That's why we are all here, well I am anyway

Do we know the battery in the v200 yet?

There spec's currently show this: (pre-order spec's so could spec's change?)

Replaceable lithium battery: 1800 mah 11.1 V-35c-60.5A-3s, with tinned copper wire plated copper wire and 14 mm wire size, conductor resistance 15.6 ohm/km, supporting max 55.6 A

Just cut out some card board and lash up a box to see the size, it doesn't have to be pretty. Or cut down some foam or polystyrene to do the same thing. Better than a surprise.
That ruins the surprise that way [emoji23]

Seriously though how are people making these screens I want to try

So half the size and battery capacity then?

Let me edit:
KTMRider has a rock solid, literally insider info about the battery on the Hana. Lol
The other is a battery of unknown origin with claimed/listed capacity and supposed dimensions looking too good for the price range.
(by the look a $60 Maxamps 1800mah 3s would fit there but nothing else around 1800mah I have seen so far)
Bottom line:
Hard to compare facts to claims

Unless KTMRider has a rock solid insider info let's say: a battery of unknown origin with claimed/listed capacity and supposed dimensions looking too good for the price range.
(by the look a $60 Maxamps 1800mah 3s would fit there but nothing else)
I think KTR & SteveAdams86 were talking about the VS and you about VapeEcig.

I'm vaping on a Hana v200 right now. I've opened it up too.

I'm on about the vapecige vtbox200 and hana v200. Someone said the v200 is half the size and I started wondering if the battery is smaller. I think we are all on about different things

The brand vapecige and model name vtbox200 are ugly words in my opinion and unless they end up like vaporshark or something I won't be proud to be seen with the brand name lol They have kindly covered their brand name all over it so you cant forget it lol The only reason I got theirs was purely because it was the cheapest way to get dna200 device, my interest is purely with evolvs product, nothing to do with vapecige as a company and being on a budget. I actually plan on wrapping mine when it arrives with 3m wrap to hide the hideous logos and make it look classy. I like the shell, shape, buttons, screw, vents & chip. When I'm done it will look elegant and classy not cheap and Chinese lol I'll post photos when I'm done and it arrives

I think it's great that there are (relatively) inexpensive DNA200 mods showing up.

VapeCige's policy on MSRP, like Yihi, is offputting. Their mod looks cool in a stormtrooper kinda way but the huge logos look dumb, almost cheap. I think this would appeal to high wattage vapers because of the big battery. At this price point, I seriously doubt it's a Maxamps 1800. I also question having magnets on a door over a lipo battery.

Hcigar really stepped up their game lately with genuine DNA chips in their mods and unique designs. I think the VT200 is a great looking mod, from the very few single sided photos I've seen.

I've had my Hana Modz v200 for a week now. It's a knock off of the Evolv reference design and it works well for me. The finish on mine, the Navy Blue, is polished and a fingerprint magnet but the ribs break up the sides and gives a bit of grip to the mod. 950mah is more than enough for a full day of heavy vaping for me (20w, 440°F, .11Ω Ni200 KF v4). They are still refining their build process but it seems like they got it sorted this week so they should be good to go. I had a pinched display ribbon so I replaced it with one from my other DNA200 board. I had to go to Evolv to get the screen replaced as Hana support seemed clueless.

Vaporshark should announce their VS DNA200 next week at ECC and be available shortly after.
