DNA20D Stealth Mod

I'm ordering parts to build a few mods myself and am wondering if I should make a few connectors myself out of stainless. All the connectors I have purchased has so sloppy threads I would have thrown them in the scrap bin If I made them Also thinking if I make some I may make them with the Ego thread as well. That black fire button is nice? Supplier please?

It would be difficult if not impossible to solder your wires to stainless. Brass would work much better for DIY connectors.

Yes I know I would use a brass nut and a brass center post and make a delrin insulator.

I have found its easier to use a washer to solder to than soldering to the nut.

Thanks, I've been lurking and working on my own microcontroller based converters lately, but I have been sitting on a DNA20D for quite a while that I'm anxious to try in a mod.
