So I made a purchase from them on Jan 14th, a simple 30ml of Straight Up. I never heard anything in terms of a confirmation or a tracking number for a good 6 days.

I then get an email from them on the 20th saying that they are behind the ball with tech difficulties and they are refunding my money as well as still shipping me my order.

I was more than pleased with that showing of kindness and wasnt angry at all...problems happen and I can understand that. They said that they will soon send me a refund confirmation as well as my shipping info.

I expected to get my info on Fri the 20th...nothing.

I FULLY expected to hear something then on Mon the 23rd...nothing.

I email them and email them and email them...nothing.

It is now the 26th...10 days after my order and a week after their apology and I still have no refund and no juice.

Like I said...I understand problems happen...but to make a promise and then vanish again and then to not answer my emails is a tad ridiculous.

I really want to try Straight Up as Ive heard it is fantastic...but this experience has bordered on ridiculous.

What tech difficulty would stop you from making a simple 30ml order and shipping it?

So just a heads up to anyone else looking forward to ordering from them...dont do it...or just wait till they can get their (edit) together whenever that might be.

I ordered a kit and some juice from them on the 24th january 2012 and they promptly took my money but no response to email or phone call. Feels like a scam to me, or just the worst customer service known to man. could be both...Well being new to all of this I will chalk it up to hard knocks for now and talk to my bank tomorrow and report them as being fraudulent.
Moondrop.co makes me sad :(

Forgot to say, if it is past canceling stage, and credit card company feels you have given ample time for a refund and none is showing, you can contest charges within your credit card companies time frame of all of the above. Don't contest if you feel the vendor is just going through growing pains and trying to figure out how to make it right. I know nothing of the vendor, just don't want to see anyone getting ripped off.
