I think there is a reservoir one Joye makes? And there are big standard cartos - check nHaler.com for those and Ikenvapes.
Yes 2.5ml size and while they are a bit harder to fill - I've had good success with them when I tried them. I'm currently on eGo-t now though.

If you're a Mega Atty fan, you might like to try the new mega smart carts.
They are a hybrid tank/filler cart and hold 1.5ml.
They're about 6 bucks for a pack of 5. You can also get an atty included with the pack for around 16 bucks.

They work on the smaller juice capacity cone shaped mega attys.
You can also get smart carts that old .9ml for regular 510 attys.

I really like the CE2 XL style cartomizers (Or modded Fluxomizers) so far.
Other's hate them. It's the kind of thing you just have to try for yourself.
They have a nice clean wick system instead of filler. A pack of these has well outlasted my ego T attys and they are much easier to deal with.
These can easily be modded into super tankers with a large hypo syringe (5ml for a simple build or more if you get creative), or you can buy a pretty polished one for around $20 called the MAP tank. It takes about 10 minutes to make your own tank

For flavor and vapor production, stick with Boge cartomizers. You have to refill them more but the eGo mega cartomizers suck. They taste terrible, light vapor production, and no way to clean them. You'll be lucky to get 4 tank fulls out of them also. PITA to fill as well.

I went from the cartos to the mega eGo attys to the eGo-t's. I still have a mega eGo atty/cart in the car on a usb eGo batt.

Clouds of Vapor have some of the CE2 based giantomizer cartos in stock I think.
Other vendors will carry them of course, this was just the first place I found that has some in stock at present.
I haven't tried any...some say the windows in them are bad about leaking.
