The washer lay flat OCD. The water wansn't that hot cause I held it in my hands. I've since tried it 2 more times and everything is good. I guess I just had an off day. Just like yesterday and the day before and the etc. The shinny penny really does make me smile. Just enough to see the juice content but not to clear. Just perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand Hawkeye and was just tossing out other ideas.

Tnt, good to hear. Well not about the off days but that the washer is behaving now ;) Glad you like the tank, the girls have some really cool stuff coming but we are struggling to keep up right now let alone add new things :) I have a couple new additions to the shop that will streamline things getting ready to come online and that will allow us to free up time for the new stuff.

As I said before though, keep watching because there is a ton more to come from IBTanked, we have just gotten started and we are going to be around for a long time to come.

Hmmm, if they are all different then orings might not help. For some silly reason I was thinking there might be some consistency in the amount these are wrong ;) Lol, what was I thinking.

For sanding it down Hawkeye it seems like it would be a lot of sanding since it appears to pass the sweet spot by about a 1/4 turn or so before it bottoms out so that would be a lot of sanding. I can of course stop it at the wick but it isnt very tight and will probably move around on its own which is why I thought a larger oring might snug it up. Bottoming out I supposed would be ideal though and it could be done fairly easily by filling the current hole with JB weld and drilling a new hole.

Number 35 o-ring worked for me.

You could do what I did - that tall negative post is fairly useless. I pushed mine out from the bottom and opened the hole up to 3 mm.

Now you can use that hole for the wick and you won't have to sand that much off to line it up. The original hole will serve as a fill hole.

That's a potential thought as well. I'm going to be at my parents in GA this week where I will have access to more tools ... I will explore some options.

Heh, all this mad customizing of some of this vape gear makes me wish I had a house with a garage and some basic shop tools. I know once I do have a garage I will be doing my share of Harbor Freight shopping. :)

Any idea when tank for greek mini-did will be available?

Hi rickly, the tube is available 17mm x 1.8mm. Since I do not have one I dont know what would look best for the bevel. Best guess would be to leave about 0.070" for the flat. It is 25mm long, I got a confirmation on the fit from a friend in AU but have not added it to the common sizes until I get the bevel worked out.

Scoop, that does look nice.

ICU, What size tank? One of the new colors I am working on almost looks like a silver metal tube but when held up to the light you can still see the juice. I have about 2,000 tubes of different sizes I need to get done then I will be adding the new colors. With the holidays and other commitments my extra help has been a little hit and mis, coupled with the growth we have been seeing all makes for a very busy OCD.

Actually stopped working around 10, got a little cold... need to get a better heater for the shop. We have kind of odd hours due the Mrs's job but I am fixin to hit the pillow, have to get up early tomorrow because I have a boatload of acrylic tank caps to make.

10-4 on the AGA-T tubes, they are in the common sizes by name now. Also have some Zen atty tubes out now for testing so we will know on fit for them soon. I wish I could get all of these devices to test them out here but between having to get on a list or wait for them and of course the cost if you add up all thats out there its just impossible so we rely on our customers to help us out in identifying them.

Timb, get in touch with the Offspring through the Contact form on the site and she will hook you up. Thats a tiny tank so not sure but she said she would try.

Dsy, did you turn down the knurls? I was sure that was probably plated brass rather than SS. I like the look. Eyeballing mine now to see just how much I could peel away to lighten it up some :)

There's been a lot of talk in the now closed thread for the last AGA-T CoOp about knocking the knurls off with various tools. They do look sharp when they're cleaned up.
