Hooray, thank you OCD and family. Got my pretty new tank today. Thought I would share a quick pic of her. Of course it's a "her" so dainty and slim. :)

My Pinnacle tip looks great with her too!

Hey Weaver, the Girls have been pretty quick about getting orders out through the holidays so I dont think anyone should be seeing any big delays. If you want to shoot me your order number I can look it up for you but if you ordered a couple days ago I would guess that was just before the weekend which of course nothing ships then.

Once an order is processed meaning it is packed a label is printed. We never print the label until it is packaged. At that time an email is sent with tracking information. If it has been a few business days on an order that does not contain custom pieces I would say its a good idea to ask. For orders that have custom items I would say wait a week then ask.

Hope you like your tank, we sure like them ourselves which of course is the whole reason we make them.

Thanks for the quick reply, vs my slow answer :(

I was always taught it's OK to ask, if done so politely, and if you gracefully accept the answer given. I do not disagree with you at all, as a newbie to vaping, out of the four brands I have bought (so far), your tanks are simply the best for the least. Silly phrases like 'quiet elegance' bounce around in my head when I think of your gear.

I simply need to save my nickels and dimes and place an order soonish :)

Me too Peter, the only dumb question if the one that goes unasked.

We pretty much do all we can right out of the gate on our pricing, this has hurt us a little on wholesale where many are looking at that 100%+ markup but those who do carry our products get the loyal customer feeling which makes up for a few dollars.

We are on the lookout though for something to give back on. Just have to plan it carefully as to not upset the cart that is hauling all of this along.

Any time tubes are purchased they are shipped in the Thingy and when caps are purchased they are shipped with a spare set of orings so a complete tank which is a tube and caps it comes in a thingy with the orings.

The thingys are handy for carrying an extra filled tank or the shorter batteries for 18*** devices.

Thanks OCD. Can you tell me one more thing I forgot to ask and it probably doesn't even need mentioned as the pieces are so cheap. How long do the O-rings and washers last? I was going to put 3 of each in my cart just as a precautionary thing. Seems the washers might last less as they have contact with the outside world while the o-rings don't, but you've probably tested this out quite a bit.

Another question I have is can a design of my own or of anothers be put on a tube? Would I just add color and put it in the comments? Seems it would be more expensive since they would be doing more work.

Oring life span varies and depends on the juice. Like with mine i use pluid and it kills both o rings and washers rather quickly. Where as my berry juice I have had the same o ring and washers for months with no problems. As far as design goes can't answer that and will leave that answer to OCD.

Speaking if fiddling with your thingy I have a question. I've used several smoktech cartos and this seems method works great with those. I recently got a few ikenvape and boge laser slotted cartos... Will this method work with those? They have pretty big slots that run vertical.. I can't see air bubbles coming out of those. Anyone have success with the thingy and slotted cartos... I noticed they are a little more finicky in general.

Jemo, TJ pretty well covered it. Depending on the eLiquid you use orings can go from short span (very few liquids I know of are destructive) to indefinite. I think I have changed the washers on one tank as they got a little worn and poking out some. I could put them back in but tossing on a new set fixed it up so I didnt have to. I think the main thing that damages them is pushing and twisting squeezing them out of shape, not something that happens much so not a big deal.

MGA, havent used those myself so I cant really offer much help. You can try it and even if you dont see bubbles if the slot is above the liquid it may be that the liquid is going in. Just fiddle it a bit and then look at the filler to see if it has that slushy look. Keep popping it back in to try again. Aggressive fiddling seems to be more productive ;)

Z, Just got in ourselves. The Offspring had the support caught up until the weekend and is working on it now.

Whew.... Well, The Mrs and I just came in from State Line. We went to Vegas to CES so we could meet our Smoktech Rep. It was really nice to be able to put a face to the many emails we have exchanged over the last couple years, he is a great guy who is very enthusiastic about the future of the products they produce for us. He is also very interested in hearing about the kinds of things that we as consumers and vendors would like to see them produce. If we are lucky I think we might see something soon like a 19mm VV eGo, I have been telling him for some time greater capacity in a more compact package would be well received and versatile over a wide variety of complimentary toppers.

Anyhow, off to try and catch up... :D

I just fiddled with my thingy with an ikenvape slotted carto. Worked like a charm, but it needed a little more fiddling than with the double punched cartos. Also, make sure to keep an eye on the filler material as you're fiddling because too much fiddling is not a good thing...

Can you tell me why that is? I actually do mine until they leak a small amount as I find the carto lasts longer if I do it that way.

Yea last time I fiddled I definitely over fiddled compared to how I did the punched and it leaked a bit through the bottom and I just blew it out and it was good to go
