Hey MrO, glad to hear things have worked for you. Over the years cartomizers have gotten a bit of a stigma. I dont get it really but then I didnt get caught in bogegate and I never chased the clouds and flavor heaven. I just wanted to pretend to smoke, toss in a little flavor you say.... wow, bonus :D Simple and consistent is what we found we liked. I could not imagine trying to keep up with Jones on the rapid release of mods and clones. We do what we can in getting glass to folks for those other devices but I completely gave up on trying to match up everything.

My gold one is being sent away to a new home LOL .............I hope you all have a wonderful New Years

Deb .....My MVP with my IBTank....yes it's all wild colors lol 20131227_200729.jpg

Well said OCD sir. I just wanted to get off the stinkies. I was tired of all the associated problems and hassle. Simple and consistent was all I was looking for as well. So far, so good for 18 months Christmas day. I think all that extra fiddling is a young buck thing. LOL Enjoy the day! :2cool:

I think your MVP looks great Deb and thanks for the nice words, another thanks for paying it forward with what you found works well for you. This is the big thing, in the big picture... its about showing those who we care about a viable means of giving up smoking in a way that isnt quitting. Thats why I always call it switching because I didnt really quit anything, I tried to quit cigarettes many times over 37 years of smoking and it always ended up as pauses that eventually returned me to smoking.

By switching I have found a way that essentially is not different in my somewhat deluded mind than what I did for so many years in the past but I feel much better about. Next week will be two years for myself and The Mrs with not so much as a craving to add all the other crap we have been missin out on by no makin fire and ashes, no driving desires to find something better and no extreme costs or hassles.

It really is about whats best for each of us so I never knock whatever works for anyone who has been able to give up a habit that was decidedly killing them. This is what worked for us and it seems a whole lot of other folks so we have stuck with it though we fully support any means that turns ashes to vapor.

Rocco, you are always the best. I think one day you and I might sit down for a cold beer and have a great chat, nothing but respect for you my friend. Congrats on your own conquering of the beast. My father is 87 and it took close to a year for him to come aboard but he is a vaper now rather than a smoker which means huge things in terms of his own condition, I am quite proud to have been able to put something into his hands that worked for him. To me that speaks volumes in what cartomizer tanks means.

Oh yeah, Merry Christmas to you too Deb :D

Oh no it's not! Us oldtimers still like to fiddle, Bwaaa haaa haaa and congrats on your 18 months! Tis a great thing.

Hmmmm "switching", I like that. You have come up with the perfect term I believe :)
Another bonus I have found to switching, is I have not gained any extra weight by stuffing my face full of crap like I did on my previous quitting attempts!

I hear ya sir! Many tries many misses for me as well. Congrats to you and the Mrs. as well on two years. I try to encourage others to find what works to keep them on the journey. You should be proud, not only for dad but for all you do for this community. It would be an honor to swill some suds and swap some stories with you. Enjoy your weekend!

Not tacky at all Peter. We have never done coupons though, our pricing is such that its like a sale every day with no need to search for the discount. ;)

I have mentioned this before but it doesnt hurt to repeat. Our pricing model is pretty bare bones, we have never felt a need to turn this into a fat cash cow which is probably borne out of the fact that we are the kind of folks that dont mind workin for a livin.

We have talked about possibly doing some kind of bulk buy on something in the future to be able to offer a sale type price on it. Its all in the numbers you know, the more you can move the less you need to make on each one plus any time we can get better pricing we try to pass that along.

All that said... $1.35 for cartomizers (@ 10 or more) is one thing we have had quite a lot of folks pick up on if they find they like the ones we offer.

Dang! I completely missed the volume carto discount. Thanks for pointing it out sir. I stocked up pretty heavy to avoid the Chinese New Years drought but will be back at you soon. Hmmm! Might be just the excuse I need to grab a Halfling. Enjoy the day!:2cool:

PS: I'm looking at the new 26650 Copper by Scottua. OH MY!;)

That Copper looks like a handful. I have used the BAM and own a Stinger, I like both of them but they are quite large devices. The bottom button arrangement isnt my favorite but it easy to get used to as long as the button isnt too stiff.

These guys keep on making 30mm mods and we are gonna have to get off our duffs and get those big tanks made. I know there is a limited appeal market out there for a huge tank that would warrant them but it is one of those things that has to stay on the board until the dollars arrive for it.

We booked our rooms and booth at VapeFest DC for March, man that hurt... still have to buy the air tickets and figure out the logistics of getting everything there. We are planning to spend a few days after the event to see the Capital.

Well you know how I like my chain vaping batteries sir. The bottom button is not my favorite either and I'm wondering how unwieldly it might be at that size. The "Keg" will stay on my wishlist but completley understand leaving it on the back burner. I figure a little wink every now and then wouldn't bother you my friend. You seem to get my humor. Looking forward to shake a hand down in DC. The Cherry Blossom Festival will be just starting that weekend and is always a great sight.:2cool:

Feel free to clue us in on any goings on Rocco for that weekend. I will hone my google fu on The Cherry Blossom Fest. hope you are able to make it, getting to connect with folks is the biggest part of why we do these events.

Yes, you know I have no issue at all with the kick from time to time. I will let you know what I think of the bottom button on that big of a mod as I just got word today that my HAM is shipping tomorrow. Not a huge fan of coils but I have more than a few of the high end devices that we are OEM suppliers of glass on and The HAM is one of them. That is 26650 Hybrid with an 1 1/4" OD tank on it.

Doc, if you mean the HalfLing Cartomizers we have had the 3.2ohm in stock. The 2.0ohm are supposed to be here tomorrow and will go on the site as soon as they arrive.

I would not miss the chance of meeting you sir! I don't get to the desert too often since moving back east to help with ailing family. I'll be curious to hear your thoughts on the HAM. Looked like my kind of beast. I saw it at VaporCon down in VA but did not get a chance to fiddle with it. Enjoy the week!:2cool:

Thanks Rocco, Well the HAM will be in DC with me so you have plenty of chance to give it the once over. From what I understand there was some issues with the Button at the Con which prompted the delay in delivery of mine as the solution was worked out.

I love these toys even though most sit unused most of the time, I have a few favorites that get most of my air time.... really should rotate more, hard to argue with what works though.

You have a great week too, The New Year is almost on us and we are looking for IBTanked, Inc. to have an amazing 2014.
