Ahh okay, I seem to have missed that! For some reason the picture doesn't enlarge very much for me, and my bad eyes have a hard time seeing it :) Thank you!!!

I had the same problem. If you right click, click View Image and then click on the image to zoom to full size, it's much easier to read.

Can the center pin in those be lowered? I made these tall to actually pull the cartomizer down some so everything snugs up well so those devices where the threads are fixed into place kind of sets a tight tolerance on just how high a ring needs to be in order to snug down just as contact is made with the positive pin.

It's too tall for the 510 threads to catch the threads on the mod...I tryed many times
have 7 IBTanks and it works & looks great, IBPro 22

I just read the whole thread, and Wow! All that fiddling is exhausting. Just placed my first order yesterday, 2 tanks...a standard 22 and a 1/2ling 22. The little one I hope to color match with the ProVari my hubby has promised for my birthday next month. I am waiting on the IBT 22 ring until the anodized ones are online as I really want one to match the blue anodized caps and tip I ordered. I can't wait to join the club and start fiddling my thingy.

Update: order came today, and fiddling my thingy not only worked but it was easy! The tank is gorgeous and made really well....this is no flimsy fragile piece of equipment. No leaks and my Blackbird juice tastes better than it ever has. Thanks for such a great product (my hubby sarcastically says yeah, thanks a lot.....I told him I was going to order another one next payday)!

The tracking number should have been sent to you when the label was printed. It is also put into your order updates which you can check by logging into your account and drilling sown a little. I dont remember the exact steps offhand and it seems when I looked before it was a little tricksy.

I sent you a PM just now with the number though.

Also I know its not unusual for a package to take some days to get handed over.

It wont be too many changes and you will get familiar with how far down the tank the liquid should be. Once you have that idea stop a little short of that mark and look, I watch for the first signs of wetting around the edges of the filler. Until I see that generally will give it another twist or two and look again. Sometimes I will end up with a single drop in the cap (I always fiddle upside down because its easier to wipe a drop out of the cap) and if I see that I am done or if I see the filler beginning to wet. I dont go after the whole slushy look, putting the liquid in through the bottom by forcing it into the holes means the cartomizer is saturated as it rises so as soon as you see it at the top it is full.

Very important next step is to light tap the power, just a very short pulse during a regular draw. Turning down the power is not a bad idea while doing this but you dont have to as long as you are careful. Do that a few times and you will see it waking up, that means the coil is now wet and you can go to town.

Once up and running you are good for however many days/weeks you get out of a cartomizer then you repeat the above and you are good for the next run.

Over priming can be an issue, it doesnt mean the cartomizer is ruined though. you just need to get some of the excess liquid out. some things to are stick the corner of a paper towel in so that it touched the top of the filler, this will act like a wick and draw off liquid. You can use the refilling drip tip and lower the cartomizer and blow lightly in it with the threads in a paper towel, you want it lowered so the holes are outside of the tank and the pressure changes from the blowing dont just end up drawing even more liquid into the cartomizer. My favorite is to simply leave it lowered and use that long drip tip to vape it down, you cant lay the device down when it is like this though and it might take a little while so it really depends on what you are doing at the time on which one works best.

I second the fiddling your thingy upside down - it was a fantastic suggestion. Works awesome and clean up really is a cinch.

Fiddling your thingy upside down is where it's at!
