I personally like the tighter fit for the purpose of leak issues. I also see your dilemma on personal choice. Also i see what Larzis is saying about pre punched or not. I think your shipping with the diff sizes marked is your best option ATM like you said. If you ship the diff sizes a few times to the same person then when they order again put the option in the order menu. I guess I'm saying the first few orders you send the diff sizes as a courtesy then after that its part of the drop down to order and any others they want will have to be bought. Your tanks and caps are of great quality at a very good price. And i want to see them continue to stay that way.

Either way you have earned a life time customer. I love your tanks and really like the slim line of the caps and the fact that you allow personalization at a nominal price No-one could really ask for more from a business.

But i do have a request though and would def be willing to pay a little extra for them. But i would love to see colored o-rings and washers on your tanks that would so rock and allow a less expensive way for even more customization.

I really don't know why there is an issue with the size of the orings. For the most part you'll want a tight fit so there is no issue with any accidental leaking or the carto accidentally sliding out. I understand that the tight fit requires extra force when refilling, but can it really be that big of a deal?
I have had a couple of customers PM me about extremely tight fitting cartos. Both were using e-juice to lube the carto, and using either a slap-yo-moma tank tool or the combo tool OCD offers in the tank kit. The only advice I was able to offer them was to try to "twist" the carto as you suggested, which didn't work with either person. I had them contact customer support. I don't know how things worked out as neither gave any feedback that I remember.

So, even if it doesn't happen often, it does happen.

Bad, I had one customer tell me it took hulk like strength to free the cartomizer, I suggested a big green boyfriend as a solution and she seemed keen to the idea :D Really though one persons extreme is comfortable to the next. I do know there was some that went out with the 012s installed and they were pretty sung. Mrs OCD is 5'2" but I will give her that she is pretty damn tough, also these tested orings did not sit and set as we all know orings do. I also wonder somewhat if liquids themselves could make a difference in the degree of set one ends up with.

Anyhow I think with the new 10.1 orings most everyone is happy and the 012s are included in a separate bag labeled and marker "for a tighter fit".

I hear ya guys on the 22s, I love spendin money and am quite good at it. Too good according the The Mrs ;)

The 25 I have, I end up having to pop the top cap. I can then wiggle the cart a bit and it moves through. When I put it all together it moves fine, but once it sits for awhile it really tightens up. Will play around with the other O Rings this weekend.

I want to say however this really is not a major issue, least to me. I LOVE the tanks! Excellent quality and price can't be beat. Plan on buying up several more once I get out of the doghouse for the recent run of purchases ;)

Looks good jp.

May, we are discontinuing the painted caps. We had a few users have problems with them that I believe was mostly related to the more toxic juices. We are going to be adding anodized colors in aluminum caps starting with the 22s but we are still some time off on those right now. We also are always on the lookout for new ideas so who knows what might come along?
