Aint it great May? Seems like just about forever... and some folks still have more waiting on the Stainless but its a done deal. You could say stick a fork in it, this ones done as they are as perfect as you might imagine. Next up I think is the Tiny Tank, the Offspring has been lobbying for that one and we have several customers who I think she is siding up against me

This one will be a petite tank, not for the big vaper for certain or the clumsy because it will be lets say, delicate.
TJ, I passed your note to The Offsping. In fact I put it on the big board

That means shes sees it every day several times a day until she can take it off the board. I dont know if she will be able to get what you want done but one way or the other it should be answered soon.
As much as I dont like the idea of where we had to be on the Drip Tips I am warming to them. Been using a Red Standard with my favorite Hourglass Stainless Drip Tip and while it looks good I keep thinking this could be great. The caps alone are like a hint of color, not a lot more than colored orings as far as impact but those tips on these caps are going to be like wham...
Sorry if I seem a little giddy but I feel like I done good on this one.
Lastly I want to toss something out there for folks, we currently do our glass cold worked precision ground to +/- 0.0025" and we have always felt this was important to our customers. The cold working means there are no rolled edges where the glass flows over meaning no ID changes an oring has to be forced past. The close tolerance means a sure fit for your device of course.
We are looking into flame working though as a time saver to reduce costs. Typical tolerance is +/- 0.2mm or about 0.008" for this type of work. You can look at it as a total variance of up to 0.016" compared to our 0.005". While we prefer to stay with the greater precision and consistency of cold worked the specter of price slashing seems to be in the air by using these less time consuming method of production and of course we will have to always meet the customers demand for pricing. Just want to let our customers know that we will always be competitive, having brought reasonable prices for glass goods to vaping we dont intend on not keeping up with the market.
We will always have our high precision glass for the applications that demand it but there is a good chance that the future will add Flame Polished glass too once our machinery is finished for producing this. Not many know this but I not only do glass but I build machines that make things so whatever path the future takes us on IBTanked will be well equipped to adapt and continue to be the market leader for our products.
