Sometimes, yes; other times, not so much; it really depends on how my asthma is, at any given moment. One of the things I like best about vaping is that I don't HAVE to inhale, to get the nicotine/WTA. I never did inhale very deeply even when I smoked, because of my asthma; now, I either inhale in the same shallow way I smoked, or even more shallowly, barely past my throat at all, and let it come out my nose, so I get max flavor and nicotine. Since I vape high-PG, the "cloud" is not extreme, probably just about the same amount as when I smoked, though it dissipates faster, but I've found that very-shallow inhales seems to make the exhaled cloud more significant. Deeper inhales, and not much comes back out.
