I mix my own 1.6% nic in 250ml batches.
I put blue tape around the nic concentrate caps, for safety.
I use 100mg/ml nic for mixing.
I always have a "spill kit" ready for clean-ups.
The blue taped nic goes in the freezer in a zip-lock bag with a big X on it, so not to get confused.
I use a portable, $5 drink mixer to make sure it is titurated properly for about 5 minutes.
Take your time.
Have a print out of the recipe, and mark off the ingredients as you go.
Use gloves, why chance it?
Simple precautions go a long way, after all, it is YOUR health!

I've been mixing for almost three years. ( I just can't seem to go any lower then 1.6%, I get the heebie-jeebies any lower, but I started at 2.4%, so, I have reduced some.)

I can't believe it took 3.5 pages before someone took the easy layup shot.

I based an entire high school career as center going for the easy layup. I was good at that and fouling.

Many a game the coach would grab me and say, "Foul that guy before he scores another point on us.". Figured everyone who was 6'3" in 7th grade heard much the same from their coach.
