When I first started vaping, my intention was to completely replace smoking with vaping. So far, I've been mostly successful with that. I'm also spending time in front of my computer doing it now. I'll just take a drag every so often and I find that I don't need to smoke because I have a constant supply of nicotine. Sometimes I still go outside just to carry on the same behavior.
I miss my breaks. I miss leaving my computer and going outside for a few minutes once an hour or so. It was like a mind-cleansing session or something. Going outside was part of my smoking routine, but I miss it. Does anyone else feel that way?
