I love the LED. I would like to have an all white one with a bright blue LED. I also like the idea of a kaleidiscope (sp) as an LED. I think the LED makes the e cig more fun. I also am, as usual, in the minority in wanting a cigarette shaped e cigarette. One reason for that is simply that the control freaks at anti smoking do not want us to use cigarette shaped devices. Therefore, that is exactly what I want.
Do you prefer LEDs or no LEDs on your 510 manual battery?

I had already voted and I forgot what color led I choose but because purple is my favorite color I will have to try and hunt at least one of those batteries down.

LOL It is good to know that there are others who feel as I do. Let's hope more of them will speak up.

I use both the non and LED versions, but prefer the LED. The stealth factor isn't a big deal to me, in fact I don't want to hide my vaping. I want people to see that green glowing light and ask me what it's all about!
But I'll be the first one to be really honest here. The main reason I like the LEDs is for those nights when I've had a few too many...ahhh....Diet Cokes. I want to be able to push the button on my manual battery so I can see what end to put in my mouth! Admit it...I'm not the only one!!

I also prefer an LED. 99% of the time I am like Sherid, I want them to look like a cigarette. I want them to ask me about it so I can educate them (hopefully). The other 1% is when I just want to be left alone-LOL
LED all the way! I like to smoke,,ahh vape in bed and at night outside on the porch. I don't really care about the color, mabey blue would be nice but I like the black battery because my atty is black. I don't care about warning blinks or the auto functions but I want the LED. I hold my N-Pro by the glowing tip and it does get some attention that way but I don't care, people in the south like to talk to you anyway and it puts them at ease asking.
LEDs just drain the battery faster and attract unwanted attention. No thank you.
all my batteries have leds but i don't really have a preference. During the day i usually can't see the thing light up anyway.
My vote was for no LED, pretty much for all of the reasons that you listed... I don't find it necessary, it adds another point of failure (though I suppose that if I preferred no LED, and had one, and it failed, I wouldn't care!), and I like the stealth mode.
The other reason is that although the LED provides some feedback (hitting too long, battery dead, etc.), it's so hard to see the thing at the end of the e-cig that I squint and cross my eyes hard enough to give myself a headache trying to figure out what it's doing... it's like it's teasing me.
No LED for the reasons listed above, although I prefer the "whistle" mouthpiece so I know which end is which.
Count me in the no LED camp. Reasons are stealth mode and it just looks classy.
