I smoked 1-1.5 packs of Marlboro Lights for over 30 years. When I started almost two months ago, I had seven cigarettes left in my pack. It took an entire week for me to smoke the last seven cigarettes! Haven't touched an analog since September 1st.
I've noticed that when I am under too much stress, I still get the urge to light up. However, the urge has gone from several times a day to once or twice a week. I've amassed a stockpile of batteries, way too many bottles of premium juice at all different levels of nicotine, cartomizers/clearomizers, chargers, etc. I still find myself worrying that I'll run out of something and have to smoke a cig! I'm fortunate to be able to vape at work--I tend to chain vape 6-12 mg when the craving for an analog hits with a few hits of my higher nic juices, as needed.
When the urge hits, I also remind myself that my seemingly permanent cough has disappeared, I don't feel like I have wool in my lungs anymore, I don't smell like an ashtray, my teeth are whiter, and I have a great (but expensive) new hobby. Much more interesting than a lighter and a pack of cigs!
