Do you think E-Cigs will be banned in the US, regulated, or left alone by the government by 2012?
Honest question: How can a state ban a battery, an atomizer, PG, and nicotine?
Edit: and not ban cigarettes.

I'm confused as to exactly what part of that doesn't make sense to you? Sounds crystal clear to me.Latham said:It doesn't make any sense. The government gets alot of money from interest groups and tobacco companies. And I'm pretty sure tobacco companies do not want you to know about E-Cigs. Also pharmaceutical companies that create smoking cessation drugs like Chantix would feel the heat also. I'm sure the government won't let that happen. The money is more important than the health of millions of people.
Why can't they ban nicotine completely? Seems like cigarettes will be pretty much taxed out of existence. Slowly but surely. Only reason prohibition on alcohol did not work was they did it too fast. Classify nicotine as a drug, regulate it. Make it illegal to grow tobacco at home. Hefty fines. Like pot is now. Used, grown and smuggled.
The "it doesn't make sense" part of the comment was directed at an earlier statement, then I moved on to explain my opinion on special interest groups.I'm confused as to exactly what part of that doesn't make sense to you? Sounds crystal clear to me.
