But ammo is still an ammo...There's a lot of people mentioning the cloud chasers and big clouds are the reason for Vape haters and Vape Bans.
This would be a different story if all the sudden after cloud chasing came on the scene, that then they got mad and tried to ban vaping.
But the Haters have been trying to ban and get rid of vaping long before half them cloud chasers even heard of vaping.
They might give them some ammo to use, but they are not to blame for haters being haters.
After some years the general public will get familiar with ECs and decide what they'll tolerate. Some public places will allow vaping, some won't. Vapers will conform to all that. Unreasonable rules will tend to be ignored by everybody. I vaped discretely in a boarding area of the Atlanta airport last Christmas. A few people noticed. Some people were amused. NOBODY cared.
At work 5 of us vape and we're allowed to do that freely on the shop floor. Nobody cares because we blow wimpy mists. If we were making clouds there would eventually be objections.

but I get truely annoyed and sickened when I step in wild animal poo.... they need to make the wild animal population use the bathroom where I wont step in it while hiking off trail....
have you ever had the opportunity to smell a person who has been hiking/camping for several days without a shower??? and these people are going to fuss about some wild cherry vape smell...

I dont normally remember my dreams. but I remembered these ones,,, and they were strange. it was the funnest part of it man. I almost wanted to continue taking it just for the dreams. I always would laugh about them after
I remember one time having to give my phone to a guy in McDonalds/ burger king hybrid restaurant. He turned in to batman, and I started crying. and the purple blob that attacked the city (different dream than the batman dream, so He couldnt save the city)!!!

I think this is ridiculous.
Because of the annoyance? Really? Tons of people annoy me for various things, And they are still permitted in the park.
Just another place Ill need to stealth vape! People Do not dictate where I can Vape. Only where I stealth vape.
If people used their Common Sense many of our caverns are certainly places they would refrain from vaping.
I took Chantix for a week and it made me puke every morning. Horrible product from my perspective.
Back on topic:
I don't mind not vaping indoors but I agree with the earlier comment about not wanting to be in the smoking areas. I hate cig smoke these days, I quit so I wouldn't smell like smoke and many places force me to sit in other people's smoke and it sucks. I blow the kind of clouds that people don't want in their face and understand that but I would love to see places start having a vaping section separate from the smokers.
Common sense and courtesy is something that is sorely lacking in the public arena over a lot of different things. If people just stepped back and considered the whole picture and thought through what they were doing there might be more latitude with vapers. Personally. I don't want to be huddled with a bunch of cigarette smokers when I'm enjoying a vape....period. Just my humble 2 cents.
Is anyone missing the fact that prohibiting something in good old US of A still requires at the very least a rational basis?
Irrational fear of ignorant fellow citizens is not a rational basis. CASAA should crank out a lawsuit 'cause all the other "civil rights" non-profits are sell outs on issues like this.
If there some purported health effect to the vaper then they need to start banning steak and eggs -- all that red meat and cholesterol is proven harmful. If there's some perceived second hand effect I want to see some proof.

What about society? What about other people believes? Does prohibition was good for US government? No, it was imposed by the will of society. Look around, be rational. You do annoy other people. Sure, government wants more money, sure BT and BP want their money, but it is "other people" whose determination to bury vaping is deciding factor. Be realistic.

But this slight of hand tactic where we're constantly turning our head ad new municipalities while trying to keep our eye on the fed level yet they sneak one in whenever they see an opening... SOPA anyone?

Here, in the United States of America, we do not elect people to make decisions for us.
We elect representatives of the will of the people.
Even though we are "told"'differently by the media circus.
Our current government hates oversight, because they do not follow the law or do their jobs.
Find someone that is really good at explaining simple things to simple people and have them sit down with the 535 members of congress and explain it to them. Then have them start in on the state government people next...
