I'm not going to read all this.

Simply put - You raise your children to know right from wrong and you teach them what not to do. Then you Live by your own advice and keep things they should not touch in a safe place away from them until they can fully understand.

Decorative advertising is a necessity to make ones product stand out, Nothing more, nothing less.

I would prefer the Cookies Label to a Skull and Crossbones.:2c:

All my liquids are DIY
All my Grandchildren know - do not touch!

Somewhere out there
Isn't Sudafed an Over the Counter (OTC) Drug?

Why would a Retailer not have the Legal Ability to sell it to Me? Or any other Adult?

It's used in the production of some illegal substance. The last time I bought Sudafed, years ago, I had to show an ID and sign a register. I no longer have allergies, so I haven't kept up with any new rules, but I think there's a limit on how much you can buy per month.

I also had to show an ID proving I was over 18 (or 21?) to buy a can of spray paint at the hardware store once.

I'm not too worried about vaping hardware. I think e-liquid is the choke point "they" will be attacking.

Yeah... I was Familiar with what some people have used Pseudoephedrine for.

I'm with you Wow. I'm not to Worried about being able to buy things like Batteries or Resistance Wire or Organic Cotton. Or Hardware that Isn't Marketed as being an "e-Cigarette". Or as to be used with an "e-Cigarette".

My Theory is if I can buy Sudafed which contains Pseudoephedrine that can be Used to make "Non Approved Powered Goods", that I Should have a problem buying a 18650 Batter to go in my Flashlight.

One thing you are missing Zoid. The substance that can be made with sudafed is illegal. No if/and/buts about it. You can;t buy it somewhere else where it is legal.

Nicotine is not illegal. They are not trying to make it illegal. They are trying to regulate it. Buncha idiots if you ask me.. but that is besides the point. There is a big difference.

I got the Part about what is made from Pseudoephedrine being Illegal.

I just Don't see how ANY of this applies to Batteries, Resistance Wire, Organic Cotton?

And I don't Believe that the FDA Has the Legal Authority to Regulate/Restrict these Products if they are Not Marketed to be Used with a Tobacco Product. Or if they are Not Sold in a "Kit" that Contains a Tobacco Product.

I am in agreement with that.

I would be in awe if they could as well. It is similar to requiring a background check when purchasing black powder being the same as purchasing bullets. I think it is going out there. The same with zero nic. They can't touch it.

Maybe I misunderstood then. Yup, I misunderstood.. my apologies. I keep telling my kids I am perfect, but they just roll their eyes at me. :)

because if you use them for a purpose that is regulated
they will have to be FDA approved.

I think we should all agree that they COULD regulate those if they wanted to.
But they certainly aren't going to bother wanting to.
