Or third party which basically amounts to abstaining.
That is Senator Dianne Feinstein of California, a TC/glANTZ devotee...I don't know who she is, but she has colder eyes than a serial killer.

Yeah, I'm sorry to say I voted for her in the past, not this last election, but previously. I can't be a single issue voter though, there are many republican views that I do not agree with, so my choice is usually democrat, or abstain... Or third party which basically amounts to abstaining.
Because its made to grab your attention. Like any decent packaging. Heck, that label had already given them a huge amount of exposure just in this thread! I for one had never heard of this flavor, but it sounds pretty good now!It is.
But we are Fighting for our e-Cigarette Lives here. And are Under Attack on Every Level. This type of Label does Nothing but Hurt our Cause.
I ask myself... "Why does a Retailer/Vendor need to use this Label in the First Place?". They are Not going to Sell any Less or any More e-liquid if they just used a Picture of a Cookie.
And if they Did, there Wouldn't be the Spector of trying to Entice Under Aged use of e-Cigarettes.
Oh Lessifer, Lessifer, please say it ain't so...Yeah, I'm sorry to say I voted for her in the past, not this last election, but previously.

Teach your kids not to touch your eliquid. Both of mine know that. My youngest the other day asked me whatll happen if he smokes a cigarette. I told him that not only would he have to deal with me, but he could look forward to those lovely tar hacking sessions that he's seen me pull off the road and puke from. Scare em if you have to. Sometimes fear is a good thing.
I *had* wondered why the guy who runs the nearest vape shop seemed so unaware of and uninterested in ECF...

IE; You concede to losing that battle regardless of its merits or lack of...My Position on this Doesn't Really have to do will Whether of Not Kids are attracted to e-Liquids.
My Position is Based on can we Expect any Support from Senators who will have the Power to Pass or call for Amendments to the coming FDA Rule Set for e-Cigarettes/e-Liquids.

But now you get to see real darkness. In the right light she wouldn't be such a scary looking person. Kinda like the light we saw in the caves up in Noel, MO when they turned off the lights for a few seconds to show us what dark really was [emoji38][emoji38]
Yep, sadly this is even darkerBut now you get to see real darkness.
Funny thing... its being rendered for you through a box that works via light pixels. [emoji38]

Jman8 does not like this post.I'm not Conceding losing the Entire Battle. Far From it.
But the Chances of getting a Senator to Stand Up on the Senate Floor and say He/She is Against 18+ Age Limits for e-Liquids that contain Nicotine is ZERO. Zilch. Not even in the Realm of Reality.
Same with Any Perception of Marketing to Children.
Same with CRP.
These are Just Not issues that any Senator will fight for. Flame me if you Want. But I am just the Bringer of News. Not the Maker of the News.
I agree that there is no way we will hinder/stop the 18+. I don't totally agree with it but I know we can't fight that one.I'm not Conceding losing the Entire Battle. Far From it.

Jman8 does not like this post.
Neither do a lot of others.
But yeah, Jman8 dislikes it the most.
Good thing there is no "dislike" button here.
But, unfortunately, you're probably right.
And only WE have the slightest chance of changing that outcome.

Also, directing B&M customers to sites that will open their eyes...
Might open their eyes more than B&M owners would like...
And it's not just about DIY liquids.
It's about things like FastTech, and even ECF.
I agree that there is no way we will hinder/stop the 18+. I don't totally agree with it but I know we can't fight that one.
But for the love of God, please tell me how in the world do we even know how to interpret "the perception of marketing to children"? What does that even mean? Are we to sneak around and hide in a dark corner so that children won't see what we are buying/selling/using?
