Sorry, I have to disagree. You'll feel much better for yourself once you have no analogs at hand. You can always see smoking friends or go to a shop if you needed analogs. If you stopped analogs, no need to keep unless you are keeping a keep sake of an unopened and unwrapped one.
You will feel better once you ditch the analogs entirely -- but only when you're ready. This only really works if you can avoid stressing yourself out about making the switch. That includes not denying yourself analogs if you feel like you really need them, or feeling pressured to throw out your past pack(s). As I mentioned earlier, cigarettes are a comfort item for some that have provided solace and respite in times when they needed it, and the thought of being without them causes anxiety, which leads to an elevated desire to smoke analogs even when vaping is an option. For these few, this is an emotional issue, not a logical one, and chucking the analogs before they're ready can easily lead to going and buying another pack to bring that comfort zone back and prevent that whole wanting what they can't have thing.
Those for whom giving up the analogs even while vaping is a difficult process, whatever the reason for the difficulty, are best served by being able to avoid stressing about that fact lest the stress push them further back to the analogs.
