Check out jazzcartopipe.com. Some good reviews of that E-pipe -- Grimm Green seems to love it, and it's got a great, classy pipe design and finish to it. Even comes with a little stand.![]()
Does it help you quit smoking? Yes, if you want it to and stick with it.
Does it save money? Yes, if you get the hardware you want/need at the beginning and don't spend months buying one thing after another, trying to find something that's going to work for you in all situations. And if you don't give up your addiction to cigs by becoming addicted to buying The Latest Best Ultimate PV that will always be coming out.
Vaping is not smoking, and you'll probably have some withdrawal symptoms, because of all those other things in cigarettes that aren't in juice. You can power your way through it, or you can give in and light up. And you can always chase the latest thing - there's always going to be a latest thing, with new features, more power, longer power, better looks. Start chasing that and you'll easily spend more with vaping than you ever dreamed with smoking.
I took a look at those and showed them to him. He loves the look! I wonder if he could take the p-lip mouthpiece that he's used to and carto it? Something to look into!![]()
I've noticed the withdrawal symptoms and powered through some but caved on others. I'm glad to know that this is normal and it isn't me. With this new knowledge, I'm going to be powering through from now on! Thank you for the great post!!
It took several months before I got to the point that I didn't occasionally think about lighting up a regular cigarette ...
Sometimes when I chain-vape I start to sweat. Anyone else notice this or is it just me?I found that if I chain-vaped through a craving, I'd hit the wall with a ringing in my ears and my stomach a little queazy (signs of a nicotine overdose)

Either that or nicotine by itself is not nearly as addictive as they want us to think it is.This makes me think we aren't getting as much nic as we seem to think we are.
Technically, nicotine is not significantly addictive, as nicotine administered alone does not produce significant reinforcing properties. However, after coadministration with an MAOI, such as those found in tobacco, nicotine produces significant behavioral sensitization, a measure of addiction potential.
Tobacco smoke contains the monoamine oxidase inhibitors harman, norharman, anabasine, anatabine, and nornicotine. These compounds significantly decrease MAO activity in smokers. MAO enzymes break down monoaminergic neurotransmitters such as dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. It is thought that the powerful interaction between the MAOI's and the nicotine is responsible for most of the addictive properties of tobacco smoking.
