In September 2000 there was a heat wave across the country so I drove to Arizona with Virginia my Chowbrador.
My friend Dave and his family let us stay at their house in Aurora CO to & fro.
V & I drove across The Rockies and stayed at the Eagle Talon Motel at Grand Canyon National Park for over a week.
2000 miles in 48 hours back from Denver to Mass. Had a blast but we were glad to get home!

The dachshund is a crazy driver. Every time she gets us stuck I have to listen to the beagle complain about it all the way home.

Borya our Borzoi getting ready for the big game, he's a huge Ohio State fan. He actually became quite a celebrity when the local news picked up his picture.

This is my puppy Bella. She is 6 months old right now. She is a German Australian Shepherd. (1/2 GSD, 1/2 Australian Shepherd) She is extremely smart, hard headed, and very loving. She is always busy doing "something".

My daughter was begging for a puppy this pasr Christmas. So I thought of a tough little Westie. Something that could hang with the kids and not get hurt as easily as other small dogs. I did some research and ended up with a lovely pup and named her Luna.

These are two dogs that can't wait for our running field to be clear of 3 ' of snow. Not getting enough exercise, can't walk anywhere too much snow and more on the way. Waitin' on spring.

Here is my puppy experiencing rare snow in our area. She kind of liked it at first, and played in it. Once her feet were freezing, she decided it might not be that great after all.
