when they do pre punches, its for general fit purposes where the hole should line up at the bottom of thank so hardly any
juice is wasted, however, not all
tanks are built the same in lengths, so ya its an issue. not much you can do unless u have extra room at the top of the carto to push it down, to bring that hole down. i have ibtanked standard with standard boge length carto, the hole lines up at the very bottom. gl.
