Maybe you also use rayon? I do and perhaps that makes a bit of difference? I'm just going to move them on the inside later to see. I do think having them thru to the outside does promote better wicking but it just seems a tad to good with my juices perhaps. I think in those tanks I'm running a 50/50 and a 40/60 which could be another reason. Maybe if I was running a slightly thicker juice it wouldn't over wick quite as much

I wick the larger hole with the inside method and get the same as the small hole with maybe slightly more wicking. Let us know how works for you when try.

Perfect setup. Arctic fox firmware pico, SST 26ga, preheat 60w .2s, 3500mah 18650.

Dvarw tank is heavy.

I used the tank for a bit with the metal tank piece replacing the pc tank. Well it does add some heft and I went back to the pc. Im going to order the pc bell tank to try and eliminate the metal parts above the coil chamber and reduce the weight further. Or at least get the pc middle part with the threads, lot of weight in that one.

I really hadn't noticed my 5ml as being particularly weighty. But then I'm coming from vaping these ironclad indestructible beasties for close to 2 years.

Until now they were the closest thing to a true leak free tank that I had ever found.

Dvarw is not heavy at all, if you use 5ml tank it’s the amount of juice that makes it heavy

I have been very happy with my Lysen clone, it just works very well all the time. Probably the best 15$ I ever spent on vape gear.

So I simply moved my wick tails inside instead of protruding and at least with my vaping style and juice, it's actually vaping much better. Perhaps the rayon or my juice was just over wicking a bit to much with tails protruding, but now it's actually perfect.......

Coppervape has just released the ubertoot v2 rta again
UTv2 rta, on all the usual china sites as it became hard to find

They had released it originally a few years back but a few have asked for it again,
since it was known as a great Flavour RTA,
although it was also not the easiest to build on,
just thought id mention it if someone might be interested,

I can’t even get close to the th of the doggy.

Same for both tanks: 2mm id spaced coils. Juice 53vg 4.3mg diluted to 47% with unflavored.

Here’s what I’ve tried:
All afc inserts (back to 1.2mm), 2mm is real nice as dL tho.
Coil near afc hole
Coil very far away from afc hole
Using bigger afc and closing big air inlet with finger or tape (gave best th but still not close to doggy)
Tc and wattage modes.
26g and 28g SST.

Any other tricks?

Edit: went back down to 7x2mm 28g SST from 26g. Coil about 4mm away from afc. Getting better but still not the same hit as the doggy. Maybe there is just too much space around the coil? Needs more wicking maybe? I’ll try next fill.

To all Dvarw and glass tank lovers just to confirm that NarTA/NarBa replacement glass fits 3.5ml Dvarw perfectly . The glass is 1-1.5mm longer but it's not a problem, it can be a plus for some because it will hold more juice . I picked the 2-pack from Fasttech. Thanks @ToolmanTexas for the recommendation!

Very strange. ..I vape both tanks everyday and actually trying all right now and TH pretty much the same. I vape the sxk doggy and have one coppervape 3.5ml and 2 authentics (both 2ml) all running 24mg, 60 to 70vg at 23 watts, all with 2.38mm kanthal coils , 6 wraps around .6 to .7 ohms . In all my rtas I gauge every coil about 1.5 mm off airhole. I'm a TH junky , it's definitely one of my requirements and I honestly cannot tell the difference between either tank....what size darvw are you using? The only thing I can think of is that maybe your using the 5ml , which has a much longer chimney
