by far the longest i been without a cig, when i started i actually prefered to cigs. last month or so however my mouth has been getting burnt(well super dried/sore is probably more apt). has your effectively breathing in steam this shouldn't be a surprise which indeed it isnt but it is a hurdle as my gums and roof of mouth is very sore making eating a problem.
Has anyone else had simular problem after long term use and if so has anyone found a way to counter it?
its also starting to effect my throat which if worsens could force me to get back onto cigs which i really dont want.
if anyone has any advice please do share.
p.s. using a tornado tank dunno if that may be relevant or not

I agree with Amraann that it sounds like you need to increase the amount of water that you're drinking. Both PG and VG are hygroscopic, meaning that they attract moisture and pull it away from the inside of your mouth and throat. I don't know if they have this in Wales, but you can try using Biotene mouthwash. If the sensitivity of your teeth and gums continues, then you should go see a dentist to make sure that there isn't something else going on.

I had the same problem as you a few months back. I changed three things, which each helped in their own little way:

1. drank more water (especially when I was vaping) - that really did the most good
2. lowered the nic in my juice - this alleviated a little of the 'nic burn'
3. tried diff attys for certain juices - hotter attys made some juices taste better, but I paid the price with more "harshness"
higher res. attys seemed to help quite a bit on some juices, above and beyond #1 and #2.

There are alot of things you can try. Dunno if you are one that flavor-hops alot, but certain juices to me can cause irritation "more-faster" than others.

Good luck!
