Good riddance to Lautenberg after next year.Sen. Lautenberg Won’t Run for Reelection - ABC News

In 2009, Lautenberg was the first person to urge FDA to ban e-cigarettes.
In 2011, Lautenberg urged DOT Secretary to ban e-cig use on airplanes, something the agency proposed, but hasn't acted upon.
In 2012 and again this year, Lautenberg cosponsored legislation to tax e-cigs at the same rate as cigarettes.
