To my knowledge the lithium-ion battery shipping ban is from USPS for US exports only. Imports from China are not affected. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe you are right- still a lot of EU/Brits buy from U.S. vendors- will put a damper on that for awhile- I understand until January or so, when some type of decision will be made. Still they can be shipped by UPS/FedEx...apparently it's the airlines that carry USPS mail that said no to battery shipments.

It really blows me away that they are wasting time and money to regulate ecigs when assault rifles are still legal. No I am not anti gun but geez, how dangerous is an ecig compared to an assault rifle. They want us in the same category as tobacco, firearms, alcohol. Makes no sense to me! bnrk

I would like to keep myEcigs and my rifles thank you very much

They want us sick, they want to keep us unhealthy, AND they want their taxes.

For all of us who quit smoking, how much $$ are they loosing. Follow the money. I've screamed at my congressman and made them deaf.
