BluegrassTubb,
my apologies if the spirit behind my message came across as complaining. That was not the point at all. Isn't that the whole point of forms like this, so folks with common interests and passions can voice their opinions, concerns, ideas and spark conversation, that may end up leading to something great. I did not say I was going to stop purchasing boutique juices, if that was the case, I would have not posted the photos of some of my empty bottles. More or less, I was trying to say that eventually, if companies "like" (FIVE PAWNS) don't start offering some sort of member or loyal customer perks, discounts or bulk purchases direct than eventually someone out there will learn how to manufacture comparable juice at a fraction of the cost. Offering loyal customers opportunities makes them feel like they are part of the family.
My friend Russ started a company here in Nashville called Vigilante Juice Co. His juice Skull & Cross Bones is they best juice I've never had, at $22.50 a bottle its not cheap, but not as bad as FIVE PAWNS. Now if someone were to clone his juice, because of my loyalty to him and the fact I believe in what he's doing, along with I know the quality of the product is always consistent, I will still buy from him. On the other hand for these other boutique companies around, if they don't start offering some sort of incentives for loyal customers, and 2 months from now, some college kid from MIT figures out how to bulk manufacture amazing juice, would I still purchase FIVE PAWNS, probably not.. It doesn't take much to make a customer feel appreciated.
( I would like to preface, I am not coming down on FIVE PAWNS. There juice is fantastic, I am only hoping that somewhere down the line, they will consider throwing in a loyalty program for faithful followers.)
