It looks like my Ithy could possibly maybe come tomorrow. It's moving pretty fast thru the Fedex chain.
Eventually I'm going to want to try it old school so hopefully they'll sell the old style as a drop in too.

As others have stated it appears the GG hell also known as FedEx Memphis sort facility has delayed my package which contains a beautiful SS JGG and Ithaka, could someone guide me on what can be done to make things go faster?
A-send an email to ESG so Vassilis is aware & B-call the number on the clearance delay notification @ FedEx. For some reason US customs is on a witch hunt there. Hopefully they will declare ESG a trusted shipper. It may be all the false shipping documents associated with e-cig products from Chinese shippers. Don't know.

Since I haven't had one getting stuck yet, I have nothing to complain about. But seems like DHL goes through the custom faster. Could DHL be better option?
My Ithaka has landed!
Had to drive an extra hour and a half to pick up from FedEx but oh well.
Tracking says it'd be here Monday. Checked this morning and it was in NJ so I went to work. Around 11:00 I check tracking again and it's out for delivery. ...?!?! Great, signature required and since I wasn't expecting it I didn't leave a note.
So, after the failed delivery I went on the FedEx site and said hold it for me. I'm driving home from work (hour commute) and get a call from FedEx. It'll be at the pick up location in 30 minutes! Wootness!!
So, my hour commute turned into a 2.5 hour commute, however tonight I get to play with my Ithy!
Had to go to my daughter's soccer game but now it's time to learn how to set this thing up. Yes indeed it's fun time!
Sitting here with a Fat Tire ale and it's time to start playing with this thing

BAM! ESG strikes again!
This one has to be the fastest one. Order confirmed on Wed and got shipment notice yesterday. When I checked the shipment status this morning, I couldn't believe my eyes when it read "Out for delivery". I just received the stuff in less than 2 days! Holy crap!
It even went through Memphis with only 1 hour custom clearance lag time. Maybe because it landed at midnight and sneaked through while people were taking a nap.
When I open the package, loads of bubbles marched out. As always, everything were in perfect condition and not even a scratch!
Among all the vendors I dealt with, ESG is by far the best! Even after dozens of annoying questions and emails, they always come back with super friendly and helpful responses.
Thank you ESG for another job well done!
