with as fast as they sold out at ESG, it doesn't look like many were available. And inventory sent to each seller was a little bit different.

Maybe Imeo can do a quarterly-year or half-year Preoder run.
At the at the end of each quarter or half year a pre-order starts. Resellers would have a pre-order section on their site. We contact the reseller on what we want to pre-order and the reseller add the item on the pre-order section. You pay up front and when the pre-order deadline is over the reseller tells imeo what to make and imeo makes it.
This will be ran at the end of each quarter-year(January, April, July and October). Or at the end of each Half-year(January and July).
Example.
Pre-orders start on the 1st of January.
Pre-orders end on the 15th of January and resellers send info to Imeo.
Shipments are sent out by 15th of February.
Also to make it less of an hassle it will only be for spares. No full units. Maybe stuff like Full Venting Caps or Full AD Caps. That will be up to Imeo.

I was asking you if you were referring to Penelope v3 and Tilemahos when you said you were working on two things that would be big sellers (because I thought they were both out of stock), but then saw that FV had Tilemahos available

Penelope V2 and V3 short kit will be available from esg in about 1 week or less. Proteus's electronic part is still on machines. Its mech parts are ready. So I suppose that I am still on schedule, that is before Christmas
