of course it includes dry burning fog.

As Zero said, there are a lot of silly myths around. Some of them are dangerous too like dry burning or letting wire go red. Also dry burning leaves burned juice on coil, something bad for your health again. I think you know how bad your juice taste when you have this "burn" taste in your mouth or how your juice tastes exactly after a dry burn. Or how bad your throat feels after a dry hit because of the high temperature of the inhaling air. In a while we will really burn the cells of our lungs.

I have said a lot of times here what is going on with all these "discoveries" on e-cig world Kin but only a few people listen. But if tomorrow a health organization says that I am right, I and people that understand what I am saying wouldnt have vape all these "discoveries".

I started vaping to be healthy and not keeping metals on my hands

Now this is very interesting. I've been around this forum for a few months and not really come across such a forceful condemnation of these discoveries - such as dry burning, red wire, micro coils and so on.
Imeo, do you have a link to where you've made these observations/comments before? I'd really like to catch up on them and get it right. I too have no desire to get further into vaping if I'm doing further damage to my health.
Are you saying that wick and coil should be just changed when the flavour/performance drps off? Don't dry burn. Don't re-wick a micro coil?
I'm OK with all of that if it is "safer" or "less bad".
Just a single question more. What do you suggest to remove the machine oil from the heating wire? You are saying not to gas heat the wire to red (not to oxidise it) - what then do you do before using wire making for a coil?

I wanted to thank the E-SmokeGuru crew and Imeo for dealing with my concerns regarding the Ody 510 base , I just got the package and they sent me another replacement for the base I had that was not usable. The base came in and i put it together and works perfectly.

I hope others that had the problem with the 510 base being deeper and not letting the center pin make contact can rest assured that the new ones being made are fine.

I have a little package ready to send back to Greece with the "off" base and the Penelope V2 ceramics that were sent to me by mistake instead of Ody ones. I just have to get to the post office to get the postage.

Thank you all again.

The very simple and best solution is to wash it with soap and water Dont. Not only because its safe but its more effective than burning. We dont burn our dirty from oil pans

Will you let Vassillis know, so he doesnt think I just wanted "free stuff"? If the longer base can be used for anything let me know so I can give it to someone who could use it. And if anyone would like some Penelope V2 ceramics let me know so I can send them to you:)

it is not my term to suggest what to do with the spares, but it would be nice if you could help somebody/someday who needs them, If they are out of stock- but really needed to keep his/her Penelope v2 running....! Would be a great GG family help !!!

greetings
Stan

compressed coils are ok 44. We just must not burn wires. Letting a wire getting red hot, it may drive to a very unpleasant situation like changes to its structure with unknown results. It may drive an alloy to leach its components for example or to change the properties of a metal.
Thanks for the insight Imeo. I have been concerned about vaping from oxidized metal for some time but it isn't discussed here much at all. With tightly compressed coils (touching) will this oxidization occur also?

It is simple and understandable explanation of this topic ( this issue, this question) in three sentences. :)

Thanks Imeo ! :)
