What'd I miss? (Kicking around some empty boxes and making a cappuccino)

How do you checkout? On the iPad I click continue & nothing happens. When I click on billing option it says loading & nothing happens. Now same on PC with Firefox. Ideas?
When that happens to me I right-click somewhere on the page, then click reload, and that seems to work.
Went through checkout and received my invoice. I left a comment requesting to use Paypal so was wondering do I just wait for a Paypal invoice or should I email and ask for payment instructions.......thanks.

Been trying to order for two days now using skrill. Each time I hit the pay button I get a message saying "an error has occurred". So disappointed, anyone else encounter this or know a solution? Its my first time ordering from esmoke.
