Yes and no , because you need the topcap from Penelope v2 do do so .
You can screw the new short body onto penelope v1, and the new short mouthpiece will work to, but i won´t fit very well with the penny v1 topcap, because of the threads ( they are different) and penny 1 mouthpiece has a smaler diameter!
So if you get a penelope v2 taopcap it should work .

and what you don´t know is that i have a penny v1 running with your penny v2 Mouthpiece with drip tip, the liquid controll is a little stronger to screw , but i will manage that when i get the new o rings from Vassilies !!! lol

Stanley, I have that problem with my Penelope V1s. Its hard to adjust the juice flow, very stiff. Can it be because of the O-rings? It will make the first couple turns fine, then really stiff and if I use some rubber gloves , it can make it turn more.
Also, I love those clocks, are they antiques?

maybe you have to change the o-rings, or you just have to give them a little vaseline to make them smooth again !!!
the clocks are from differnet times , some reach back to WW2 and the newest are from arround teh 80´s.
they are aircraft dashboard chronographes and collectors Items and you can get an equal of 3 Just GG´s for one of the lol

also, you can move your mouthpiece clockwise about 5-6 times ana without unscrewing or screwing it
