We had many work to do with the Greek authorities and thats the reason we was closed over 2 weeks
Now all is ok and we are back

One more thing is that in few days we will have very good improvements in our shop with new designs and functions.
One bad thing is that we have to stop send orders with Greek Post because they cant manage the number of the packages for us.
For now, the most of you have to select as shipping method FedEx.
The good new are that we have managed to get better prices from FedEx so now the cost is 13.50 Euro.
In few days we will offer you a new shipping method ( DHL ) we are making a deal with them to get the best prices and the best service for all of you.

You really cant imagine how happy i am to see that my customers miss me
You cant buy this feeling with money and I think this feeling is the most important think for a person, over the years I cant see the most of you anymore like simple customers, you are more friends too me
I want to thank you also for the nice Christmas presents you send for Imeo and me
it was delicious !!! I think that DHL is for Europe the best solution right now because they have many shops in every city.
Of course i will use them for other countries like, Australia, Canada, Asia too.

will there be peny v3 and tilemahos insulators? there is a shortage of this pieces and im in dire need of some.

We inform you that the brand new Penelope V3 will be available for direct orders 4-3-14 and 18:00 Greek time.
I have only just found the email. When I click on the link I get an error message. Is there a new version of the Penelope V3 or was this for the V4 Mini? Either way I seem to have missed it..
Could somebody clue me in on this please? I've been off the forum for a while, still trying to catch up..

In Russia, DHL and Fedex are not working with individuals

He means that you dont need this item anymore to use your penelope
I know my friend and thats the reason we will keep sending to Russia with Post
