I must say that I'm very impressed. I received my FedEx notification early this morning with an expected delivery of tomorrow before noon. From Greece to just east of Atlanta, Georgia in less than two days is faster than any purchases that I've made within the States.

I can't imagine the logistics of it. Thank you, and your team, for all of the long hours that you must have worked to get all of those orders out.

Hello, I'm looking for an Ithaka update, the full kit is out of stock right now but all the parts are available separately except the mouthpiece.

Would the mouthpiece of the Tilemahos be compatible with the Ithaka update or am I screwed and have to wait for the next batch?

Hi Friends,
i have some good news.

We have add a new Shipping Method, it is DHL Express International Shipping.
I think the most of you know the international courier DHL.

After long time of negotiations for the best prices, we are able to send from now on to almost every country with very good price condition
I try to explain you with some examples:

Fedex is very good to send packages to USA and EU countries, but if we want to send with fedex a package outside the EU for example Australia, Japan,
Mexico, Switzerland and many others the prices are to high. For example Australia over 30 Euro or Japan over 40 Euro.

With DHL Express shipping we are now able to have special prices and for example from now on sending express international to Japan the price is only 14.60 Euro.
Or Australia only : 15.50 Euro

For Europe countries in the most cases the price is 12.30 Euro

And in the most countries DHL has more delivery centers.

So from now on you can choose what shipping method is the best for you
We stop sending with normal Post mail because you cant track the packages correct and the delivery time is to long.
We send with Post only to our customers in Russia because of the problems with all couriers.

Of course the small packets shipping method 3 Euro without insurance and tracking for orders until 40 Euros stays because many customers love to have this method to order little spares without paying to much shipping cost.

Thank you and i hope with this new service you will be more satisfied.

Yes it's compatible ... but it didn't fully close the rebuildable (about 1 mm shorter) and the mouthpiece is shorter, so you can use the Ithaka only in short mode ... actually I'm using my Ithaka update in this configuration
If you need, I can post some pictures later

Anyway, right now, I think it is more convenient to buy a new Tilemahos v2 (89 euro) instead of the update (66 euro) ... in this way, you will have two atomizers

Thanks for the info, I'd love some pics indeed. Does the fact you can't shut the mouthpiece completely close involves some flooding in the combustion chamber when you refill due to the pressure?

I already have a tilemahos, but I prefer the airflow control of the Ithaka (and the transparent tank) so I wouldn't have use of a second one...Besides the entire update kit isn't available right now so w/o the mouthpiece it should be a round 50€ !

Not with cotton (but I always leave a little piece in the two channels) ... never tried using a wick on the update ...

Ah well, doesn't seem feasible to make an update from spare parts anyway: ESG doesn't sell the Penelope V3 / Ithaka Update Insulator nor the o-rings, and is out of stock of Penelope V3 / Ithaka Update Center Post Plastic...Too bad it doesn't work out because of the cheapest components!
