3rd Yes you must buy a good RBA with a reliable mod and use IMR batteries if you want to rebuild coils...
4th do your homework before you do this to yourselves trying to blow clouds!

Personal injury lawyers likely aren't interested because the view the industry as not having deep enough pockets for the kind of payout they want (the US-based components like the store at which this setup was purchased) or being outright judgement proof (the Chinese manufacturers of the mod, the atty, and the battery).

Agree but all it will take is one to be made an example of. Sue the B&M first then work your way up. Sue the US wholesaler next. If it is summarily dismissed by a judge then try again.
