WOW.... I had a feeling and I am sorry Craig but Amajn is right about the stories changing. I have been watching from the beginning and watching you make excuses and change dates and state they were shipped over and over. At this point I don't want mine either. Each time someone had the audacity to ask you about it, we were told they were either shipped, be patient, or given a snide rude comment.. I'm pretty much DONE.

I also pre-ordered the Vape360 which was promised in Mid-May.. that mod is payed for and I will give you a chance to make that right, but no way do I want a 80$ plastic gooey piece of junk mod, so I am not going to be paying the balance, go ahead and keep my deposit but I don't want it or the disappointment.

Ya I would also like to see if anyone else recieved one that looks like amajn's as I believe there is gonna be alot of returns when it comes to this particular mod but thats just my opinion. Also just based on the numerous times this supplier has claimed to have shipped and failed to do so would be enough for me to not do business with this particular supplier.

I am not a fan of his business practices either. I won one of his "giveaways" and when the prize didn't show up after a couple of weeks, I asked of it's status. He apologized and replied that it may have slipped through the cracks and that he would immediately send out the item. It wasn't much of a surprise that the package never arrived. Being that this was a free item, I didn't make a big deal of it, but it did tell me how he would handle his business. He is definitely on my short "do not buy from list." In fact, he's the only one on that list.

And I'm supposed to know it didn't arrive... how?

What did you win? I'll send out another. I don't care if you don't ever buy from me, but I'd like to make it up to you.

once again craig you respond with how are you supposed to know it didnt arrive? well in my opinion if someone had won something from me as a supplier and I failed to ship it out because it *fail thru the cracks* and he sent me a pm regarding it and I did in fact ship it out I would have at least sent him an email or pm to make sure they did recieve it. I would be willing to bet that you not only did not follow up about it but simply did not even take the time to send him a email or pm to let him know it had been shipped when and if you did ship it to him. I am not saying you wouldnt fix the problems but alot of the problems that you are encountering are problems that should not be happening in the first place if you ever really wanna be successful in business. And just my opinion here when someone has a problem with something you did or one of your products you sell could you please not make them feel like its their fault or something that they did and just say sorry and what can I do to fix it. Just my opinion on the matter.

Look, I'm not perfect. I've made it clear from the beginning that I run two businesses and run a household. Not to mention that I'm doing *everything* myself - modding, sales, service, web design, R&D, testing, etc etc. I'm one person here... and I make mistakes. Until I get more help, I will continue to make mistakes... but I make them up to the customers. I never run, I never hide. I respond to emails quickly, I post all the time on the forums... I am here, and I am here to stay. One bad mod out of 300+ I've made does not make my products crap... or my business practices shady... do you know how many items I've given away for free? Probably 100 or so.

How many have I heard didn't arrive? 3... only one of those didn't get it... As much as I got on my plate... and as much as I'd love to... I can't check up on customers at this time. As I get more help... I will have more free times to do things like that.

I'm sorry if it was a poor decision on my part to use white epoxy... but I did so thinking about the customer. The clear epoxy deteriorates when exposed to e-juice. In two months, I've had to re-do mine 3 times because the epoxy gets soft. I put on the white epoxy and its been solid since. I probably should have asked which people wanted from the beginning. That mistake I wont make again.

It *wasn't* broken when it left here. The USB, 3.7 and 5V were all tested...
I'm not saying he broke it... I'm just saying that it *was* visually inspected and tested before it was to be wiped down. I screwed up there too... I guess I forgot to clean that one down before I shipped it. I am human.

Sheesh. There are so many haters that have never bought from me that are quick to judge me, yet all the people that gave me compliments... none have come to my defense.

Sorry Craig I just cant feel sorry for ya, I am in no way saying you are a bad person but maybe you are just a little overwhelmed with all that you have on your plate. And ya you are right I have never purchased anything from you just giving my opinion on the subject and well if that makes me a hater then so be it.

overwhelmed is an understatement. I went into business with a friend... school and his girlfriend got in the way, and he wasn't able to help much... and when he did, since he is new to modding and such, I had to go back and re-do a lot of his work. He tried hard, but it just wasn't working. I only see him about once a week now...

Its not what you said... its the fact that you and others are chiming in and saying that I'm shady, or don't know how to run a business, or that my products are crap, etc etc...
when they don't know the whole story. I've sold over 300 mods now. This is the first you have heard of me, no? If I was such a bad modder, or a shady businessman, or my products were crap... don't you think you would have run across a thread like this before?

It was a mistake I did a poor job on the epoxy... It was a mistake to screw up on the colors. It was unfortunate that the USB didn't work... and its unfortunate that is was broken... but it was tested and inspected before it left, I assure you there were no breaks and that the usb worked. I *know* it did, because I test each USB as I solder them in before I epoxy them.

It was packaged well... 4 squares or more of bubble wrap as well as bubble spacers (long air tubes of plastic) and it was in a new 6x6x6 priority box. If it broke, it was during shipping or by the customers hand. The melting and cutting might not be 100% aesthetically pleasing, but I know if I crack one while making it. I was less worried about the *inside* of the box than I was the *outside*.

More people are going to see the outside...

I am more than willing to agree that it arrived sub-par... and that its defective. Thats why I immediately offered to replace/exchange it.

Why are people still going on and on about this? He got a bad product, I offered a solution, he declined and asked for a refund... and I offered one for as soon as I have the cash.

Bah... I gotta get away from this computer and these juiceboxes.

I was looking into the vape360 and now this all makes me worried but any how
why wouldn't u put 70 cent tracking on the shipment thats how if u know it got there that would make sense right i mean just my 2 cents this way there is never a issue its 70 cents not even a doller i always put tracking on all my stuff i ship out so there is never a issue but hope this all works out

Craig

Maybe you shouldn't be posting about making an order for atty's if you need to be refunding money. Bad business practice IMO. If you have money to purchase goods, you have money to refund. :2c:

Ive been waiting for others to come forward with what they received. As nice as those are amajn deserves a refund no ifs ands, or butts. Me, well not asking for a refund cause quite frankly he doesnt have it and that just more hassle on him which in turns gets trickled down to everyone else...so Ill wait for mine. Well actually I dip into next months cash flow and ordered the REO bottom feeder....no wait and great reviews...cough***big bucks***cough.:p
