Well, I've got my pamphlets I started - I can attribute them to ECO and get them up (made in.... I dont remember if i went the cheesy MS Word route or if I used InDesign), but, fair warning, IANAGD (graphic designer), so color-wise they could use help. Could be useful for viral marketing.

That would be our first course of action, KatyS, but first, we need to have our status declared and recognized by the government.

My wife and I are in as consumers go. We are both pretty dedicated to e-cigs as they have made a big improvement in my health especially, and our quality of life together as a couple as a result.

So yeah we're in for whatever it is worth. We also operate a web development, design, and applications company if you guys get stuck on anything. My wife is a graphics designer as well - so it sounds like we have all of that stuff covered no problem.

Anything you need to deligate out just let us know and we can hash it out and turn it back around for you no problem.

I'm not here to advertise so just send me a PM and I'll give you our website and info if you guys need us for anything.

Well, I believe an organization like this would have to be registered as a 501c4 (because of political actions, 501c3 isn't appropriate - and social welfare applies).

So registration with the state and fed, which means articles of organization (or articles of incorporation, depending), bylaws (depends on the state), etc.....
