One other quick question. Anybody know how far sub ohm is safe on the phidias. I do venture down to .5 on a rare occasion with some dual coil builds. Most of my single coil builds are .8 or above though. Sounds like wiring is sufficient at 20g. My concern would be the switch amp rating

Totally depends on your battery. The switch and wiring are more than adequate @ .5 ohms....

Here's a close up with the Kick1. I put a tiny magnet on the brass spring to secure. Sorry, no data on Kick 2 or clones.

I sold one set up like this to a fellow with a kick 2 He said it worked, so ? Hmmm NICE

And PS the magnet is supplied and intended to sandwich that copper spring...

ECF isn't letting me post pics directly, and I'm new to imgur so forgive the mess of links. Here's a few pics of the maxed out 22mm ready Phidias. Also is 2 pics of a little shim I made so the longer pins on my attys will screw down tight but not crush the insulator. Just a washer sanded to 1mm thick.

So there is a RDA size limit on a stock Phidias and you had to modify yours?

I redrilled the catch cup for him...Unsure..

24 mm is about max for a catch cup, however I can make no catch cup units for extreme hardware...

Note: It's actually 23.86 mm just a hair under 24mm

well, fono was kind enough to modify it for me and reseal it all over again before sending it to me. He normally makes the dripwell on the feeders 20.3 mm or something like that and the tankers are the maxed out 23.something mm. So he re-did mine with the larger size.

Thank you. I don't see me using any extreme size RDAs. Just the normal ones. :)

i have rm2, rm4, and cyclone and they all work just fine. The rm4 is almost a perfect fit in the catch cup. My Impression thus far is that it hits just as hard as my reo. The feed system is taking a bit to get used to though. The prior testimonials about how it feels in your hand are spot on. It just fits perfectly[emoji16]
