Ego Battery Problems?

Just wondering if anyone else has had any problems with the eGo kits from the deal LF had around mid October (I ordered on Oct 14th).
I had the usual charger problems that everyone else had and I've dealt with Abe (great guy, great CS) but I almost feel bad emailing him for a third time about this one kit.
The other two that I ordered have been perfect but of course of the three I take the problem child kit.
Does anyone know off hand if there were any warranties on those eGo kits?

Hey Abe. I was hoping to sneak past you and find a quick fix but no dice
Yeah I have tried cleaning it, tried it on a couple different chargers (wall+USB) and can't seem to get it to come back to life.
No LED at all, not when I click, not when charging, not ever

I think LF offers a 6 month warranty. Abe took care of my charger which was awesome. I appreciated his service so much I ordered a second ego kit for my best friend. So far both of our Liberty Flights kits are flawless. Cant say the same for the ones I got from e smokey treats for $30 more for the kit. Thier service sucks, and thier warranty is only 14 days. Ok, my fault for not reading the warranty, but buy from Abe at LF. You need to let him know.

Yeah, send Ty a mail (ty@) and he will sort you out. It sounds dead as to me. We send these back to the supplier, so just make sure it comes back to us and we can offer warranties that a months rather than weeks.

Oh I love the kit. I bought 3. 2 were for other people and of course theirs are working fine.
Abe took good care of me with the charger ordeal and I'm sure he will figure something out.
