Had the impression it was lined with glass. We will know soon enough as first deliveries are expected shortly.

Interesting and very sad response to a post wondering why joyetech would include a video game in the firmware updates from the Cuboid thread.Because the joyetech/Wismec/eleaf marketing team cited that according to a survey done by money.com, children's taste varied to greatly to include a candy, so their first choice was overruled and the choice was made to add a game to the firmware. Link for the money.com candy survey --> Which Candy Should You Buy for Halloween?
BTW, their still planning on releasing the Power Ranger edition of Colors for the all new RX75, as soon as the licensing deal is done!
That's a very good question! I have never had a bottom-feed device, so I am clueless, lol. I'm thinking Q-tips might come in very handy! All good, yes, the all in one aspect of this device does lead me to ask what is the best method - obviously running it under the sink would be probably the worst idea possible, exposed usb, vent holes, etc. Had to see if anyone has dealt with this scenario with previous devices and best practices. Speaking of, is the tank involved glass or some sort of plastic?

Wow. smh.Interesting and very sad response to a post wondering why Joyetech would include a video game in the firmware updates from the Cuboid thread.
It's nice to see such a comprehensive manual! I have gotten a couple of devices that had next to no information included with them. I like this a lot better!
It's here! I got gold and it's charging now.
Any questions? I know there was one on the tank material but I can't tell. It seems like it's glass...
I'll post a review tomorrow or the next after some time with it.
Oooh, spitback. I hadn't even considered that! I have gotten used to zero spitback with my ceramic coils, so that would be a huge deal for me, too. Do you think a different RDA might help with that? I know the Tsunami 24 has a hollow positive pin for bottom feeders, but I don't know if it's any better at controlling spitback.I hadn't done firmware updates in quite some time on my VTC & Cuboid and adjusting to this new firmware menu system on Egrip II is prving a real PIA to me. Took an hour after charging completed to reset the date & time, enable ss316 mode, set to 50w, & set temp to 400f.
This TFTA system seems to run pretty hot, probably due to proximity of coil to mouth. This mod is proving to be a real adjustment to me and spitback appears to be a real issue I had not anticipated the severity of. I now have a much better idea of what @Kyi was talking about as far as MTL performance goes with the AIO. Egrip II can be closed off to a very tight MTL draw however, the problem is shutting down intake air to provide restriction causes a vacuum pressure on the coil that has the effect of sucking more juice in and flooding the coil. It appears that you need to add your restriction for mtl at the 510 mouthpiece to avoid this but I have to admit I am not using a MTL coil in this test, but the DL ss316 Notch Coil so YMMV in MTL with more cotton and tighter wicking holes.
Paris at Vapenw proved true to his word and sent 2 silver egrips (what a jerk), but for less tha $80.00 for both, I guess I can't really complain as it was a fast ship.
The light up feature is surprisingly bright, it lights up the best when the tank is full of course. It's harder to see in sunlight but still visible. I love that I can do a quick fire to check my juice level without having to bring it close and to the tilt thing to see the line. Sadly... No orange light! I'm rocking the red as it seems to match the gold well. (I'm almost certain that this is Rose Gold as I swear it's pinkish)Yay!!! I can't wait to hear how you like it. How is the light up feature? On one of the videos I watched it looked like it was just a line of color running through the e-liquid but on others it really lights up!
Oh now THAT I can get behind!! I am looking forward to the hand check! The light up feature is surprisingly bright, it lights up the best when the tank is full of course. I'll post more pictures when I do my full review of course. The colour has grown on me more now, none of my other mods are like it so it's even more unique.Oh now THAT I can get behind!! I am looking forward to the hand check!
aaaand I just saw the second picture you posted, lol! I only saw the box the first go round. It's a very pretty color!
I don't have any of the previous egrip models so I can't compare there. I can say it's kind of like a short, bulging subox mini. What about the hand-holding difference with the other eGrips? Does it feel much thicker?
I'm so jealous, mine shipped last week and it's stuck in either Chicago, or it went back to Ghagounzou in China (sp?)![]()
Chicago is the worst! had an item stuck there for 3 weeks once. Thankfully most of my stuff comes through NY where it is usually only 1-1.5 weeks. What about the hand-holding difference with the other eGrips? Does it feel much thicker?

I was going to ask if you've tried the other driptip yet. I'm gonna throw it on for my next fill. I have noticed a bit of spitback as you mentioned with the wide driptip. Not a ton but it's there.Chicago is the worst! had an item stuck there for 3 weeks once. Thankfully most of my stuff comes through NY where it is usually only 1-1.5 weeks.
It is noticeably thicker and much more squared off so it is not quite as ergonomic as the older design. Hardly a chore to hold though. Here are some screen grabs from Twisted's vid for comparison:

Brings a ton more airflow at wide open settings and I'm happy about that but If I pull too hard the spitback is pretty noticeable on the 0.25ohm Notch but I figure that will settle down a bit as the coil breaks in after a few tanks. Worst comes to worst a little mesh below the dt should control it. Very warm, dense & moisture laden vape w/o a ton of cloud, normally I'm around 460f - 480f @ 50 - 60w on an aromamizer. On Egrip II I'm dialed back to 340f @ 40w using the DL ss 316 0.25ohm notch coil and it still feels warm. Guess I'll have to try that black swirl DT on the next tank.
