While this focuses more on Liquids, the regulations apply to almost anything that can be construed as vaping related The Rest of the Story: Tobacco News Analysis and Commentary: FDA E-Cigarette Deeming Regulations are a Disaster for Public Health
Thing is it wont be only one mod, but the entire Joyetech line of upgradeable firmware mod products and When Mike Meyers (Who I am certain would disagree with you) learns of it he will issue a statement something like he did today in response to the deeming regulation:I think the hysterics over a small gaming feature on a mod are a little over the top. I honestly don't think 1 mod with a gaming mode is going to bring down the wrath of The Powers That Be. From what I have been seeing lately regarding the deeming regs, lawmakers are much more focused on battery safety than they are on the features of the mod. The mods that are getting attention are the unregulated removable battery mods, and I don't agree with THOSE hysterics any more than I agree with your demeaning rant.
