Is it possible to take the entire unit apart?
I tightened the base too much and now when I try to unscrew it the top and bottom don't move, just the glass tank slides.

After trying too many times to unscrew the base (sliding the glass instead), the o-ring inside has moved out of place to sitting in the middle of the tank

I hope I can fix this. Bought the eleaf gs air to replace my nautlius mini and so far its the best tank i've used.
Unfortunately I messed it up after only 1 week of owning it...

It has been posted that filling the tank with 91% isopropyl alcohol or boiling water will allow the
Air tanks to be disassembled. some sort of adhesive or silicone was applied to the threads on the
interior of the tank to prevent taking it apart. Manufacturer must have figured for the price point,
they were disposable.

Disaster has struck, on the way too the sink to give the Gs a wash out I dropped it, the glass is cracked badly.

Is there such a thing as a replacement glass tank for these, does the top cap even come off?

A tragedy!
Attempts to locate replacement glass for these tanks hasn't turned any up.
Sorry to hear of your tragedy! :(

I am curious about the upcoming GSAir 2. I wonder size-wise if it will be similar to the original GSAirs? One nice thing is it looks like it has an improved air flow control, similar to the GS Air M's. I still like the original GS Airs mainly for their simplicity and flavor. I have always found flavor to be a little more intense in smaller tanks. If anyone wants to see what I am talking about, Sweet-Vapes lists them as coming soon.

They seem to like to take two steps forward and one back...really don't see a lot of jumping up and down for a new
mod along the lines of the GS Air II and the istick Basic.
You are wise, Grasshopper.:)
