I don't believe they were intended to come apart. I've had some of the seals weaken on me and I could pull them apart for cleaning and put them back together but that was over time. Eventually the seals would completely give and I would have to put it aside. Because I paid under $10.00, I feel like I get good value on these little guys as long as they last.

Just my personal opinion here; my first attempt at TC wasn't all that I had heard it to be. I was using the GS tank with the NI coils (coils came with tank) on the iStick40w. I usually vape around 11 to 12 on 1.5 ohm and 20 to 25 on 0.50 and 350 f on TC was a weak draw for me. I like my vapor a tad warmer than cool and I would boost up to 500 f to get satisfaction. This would drain the battery pretty darn fast. Using a different MOD and your experience would probably vary and be better. I would start around 350 and work up from there but my experience is limited.

Let us know how you like it?

:)
I have to agree on the GS-Tank, both the Ni and my own Ti hand built coils have to run 450-500F to give the warm vape I like! That's on both the istick 40W TC and Evic VT.

Keep a zip loc bag over the lens when not using. Keeps it clean.

Granmaw always told us kids to put the zip loc bag over the thang we wuz usin, not on other stuff. Do like she said, and you, too, can have furniture pretty as Cheechako has in that pitchur of his parlour.

Good tip! You don't put plastic on your couches do you?

" ‘You’ don’t do this, I realize, but so many people have that this practice is a defining mark of a generation. A pure utilitarian would have no trouble understanding it. Clear plastic allows you to see the fabric beneath and also protect it, thus lengthening the life of the furniture and maximizing its utility. As to the aesthetic concern of not being able to feel the fabric, but instead hearing a crunch every time you sit down and then sliding about for a while until becoming as comfortable as someone can be cushioned in plastic, the utilitarian says “too bad – that’s the trade-off for maximizing the utility of your investment.”

This is a good example of something that in a certain light makes perfect practical sense, and yet is still a sure sign of neuroticism. I think that’s what intrigues me about it most: it’s an example of the illusion of normalcy. For a generation that was prone to drape its rooms in plastic, this practice was as normal as drinking coffee in the morning. Now, to us (with perspective of a much differently adjusted normal state) covering perfectly good furniture in plastic seems insane. The utility argument seems equally insane, if only because it’s so ridiculously myopic (which is one of the reasons that pure utilitarianism is about as influential these days as the flat earth movement).". source:The Psychology of Plastic Couch Covers

Um...you forgot about when you wear shorts in the summer time and it feels like you're peeling a layer of skin off when you get up from plastic clad furniture.
You talking about the conversion of a couch potato into a french fry?

Greetings airheads.

So, I went on holiday recently, didn't want to mess around with rebuilding or dripping and therefore took my gs tank, a couple of nautiluses, a subtank and an aerotank mini with me.

Had been a while for any of these tanks, luckily had a pile of coils unused from pre rebuilding.

The gs tank imo tasted way better than the nautiluses. The aerotank mini with the new kanger coils was also very good. Subtank good too.

However, I had real coil issues with the gs. My 1.2's would flood overnight or when not used for a few hours, that's with 50/50 juice. So store upside down, but that is a pain when travelling.

I bought two packs of 1.5's for the gs, disappointingly they flooded even when used non- stop with 50/50 juice.

Bad batch? Anyone else had problems?

Similar issue with the subtank (late version of there vocc coils), flooding and spitting.

The nautilis as reliable as ever, but flavour muted in comparison to other tanks.

The aerotank mini was the winner, no flooding or dry hits and decent taste, just a shame I had to refill every 5 minutes and only had the one coil for this left.

Interesting to go back and revisit all. Rebuilding definately the way to go, but for travelling might have to try some other gs 1.5 coils...likely my mince favourites the nautilis will become part of my vape museum.

That Pico is an interesting looking Mod, looking forward to hearing your experience with it!
I don't know why I'm so tight fisted with vape gear, good heavens, when I think of what I spent on a carton of smokes that lasted maybe two weeks... Maybe I'm just a cheap bugger! :D
A carton lasting 2 weeks? Wow! I could burn through a carton in less than a week and start in on my husband's carton to get me through to payday! If I didn't smoke the cheap brands I'd have been in trouble. It's funny what you put up with when you think you have no choice. What a breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively) vaping was to me when I finally discovered it 5 years ago!

I've saved mucho money with vaping. My downfall was shinyitis. But I'm pretty much over that now. The newer stuff coming out is way more powerful and complicated than what would interest me. Easy for me to resist! ;)

Well...it was non-filters. That's all I smoked for over 35 years. It's a wonder I haven't barfed up a lung.

The Subtank Mini was ok with the 1.2 OCC did gurgel for the first 2-3 pulls after a refill but aside from that ok.
Use only the RBA deck now and no gurgles or leaks so far at all in 6+ months of heavy use.

You could've had mine. I only used it once and that was when the screw to my glasses fell out. :)
